Im a bookkeeper and January is a very busy time for me. I shut down my computer on a Friday afternoon to update my server. Server updated and turned back on, but my desktop computer did not. I had purchased my Dell T1500 back in 2009, so I had great use of this computer to which I had recently upgraded the memory and installed a bigger hard drive (2 TB). So when my precious workhorse computer did not power on Friday afternoon, I immediately ordered another computer from Dell; however, the wait time was about 3 weeks. I couldnt work off a laptop for 3 weeks during tax season. So I decided to try and figure out what was wrong with my precious computer and googled Dell Repair. The first name that popped up was Computer Care and they were local. I called on Monday morning at 9:01 am and spoke to a gentleman there who told me to come on in with the computer and they would take a look at it. I dropped it off by 10:30 and waited......... Around 3:00 on Monday I called to see what was up and they said my motherboard was "toast" and not worth replacing. They did suggest an alternative of purchasing another T1500. They said there were a few on Ebay for about $100 and since the Bios was the same I could swap my hard drive, memory and video cards to a different computer with the same Bios. I couldnt find one on Ebay, but I was able to track down a local seller on Amazon north of Dallas who delivered a refurbished T1500 Tuesday morning. I then went back over to Computer Care and they switched out the hard drive, memory and video cards. By 5:00 pm Tuesday, I walked into my home office, plugged in my computer and was giddy as a school girl when my computer booted up without any issues. Im so grateful I took a leap of faith on the unknown and brought my computer to them. I appreciate their candor and the time they took to explain what was going on. Special thanks to Tony for taking oh so much of his time in communicating with me and providing me with a solution to get up and running until I could replace the equipment with new. The fee was EXTREMELY REASONABLE! The personnel was extremely nice and helpful. I will recommend to EVERYONE! Thank you guys. Youre lifesavers! This experience truly exceeded my expectations to which Im extremely grateful!

Went in to get my laptop keyboard fixed. 2 weeks later, called and said it would take at least another 2 weeks because they were waiting for keyboard parts from China. And yet their website says, "We keep a large inventory of parts & maintain an efficient supplier network, which means that replacement parts are no more than 24 hours away." Not only did I take my laptop back, the keyboard is now messed up. Some parts of the keyboard is more raised than other parts, the keyboard mouse no longer works. What kind of service is that?! You give me back my laptop in worse condition than when I gave it to you?! If I could give no stars, I would. All these reviews about this place being a great repair shop are lies. Why would you falsely advertise quick service & then tell me that it would take a month to get a keyboard fixed?! On top of that, you give back the customers item in worse condition than when they handed it to you. And I still had to pay for basically a worse off laptop. What a waste of time & money.

Where do I start? My Daughter came home for summer break from college. When she arrived, she found that her laptop would not stay charged and after a day or two, wouldnt turn on at all! I had heard from a friend about this company and she told me to call them if I ever needed help. I called them at 6 oclock on a Thursday and spoke to the owner, Chris, who told me to bring it in that night and he would wait for me. I mentioned that my Daughter was going on a mission trip that Sunday. I dropped the computer off that night, and the next morning a technician called me to tell me exactly what was wrong, what my options were, and how much each would cost. I told him to do whatever he felt would work the best. Chris called me Saturday afternoon and told me that her laptop was ready and I could come pick it up whenever I would like. The price was extremely reasonable! Long story short, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!

Excellent Customer Service. Tony helped me with my laptops defective case and hinge. He was super nice and friendly, fixed my laptop in just couple of hours and was very patient with all my questions. The price was very reasonable (as compared to alot of other places) but since it was a new laptop..I didnt want to spend more money on it. I told Tony that I want to find someone cheaper and but since he had already opened the laptop, he was nice enough to give me a good discount to help me out and save my time and trip. He was honest from the beginning, quick, knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely recommending this place esp. Tony to my friends and family :D Oh and then he fixed one of the speakers for free too. Super happy =)

My name is Jonathan Kiser and I live in Jacksboro...but I chose to send my laptop to Arlington Computer Care (ACC) because of their excellent online reputation. I am so happy with the service I received by Arlington Computer Care. I needed my laptops fan replaced with a new one. They ran diagnostics and discovered not only was my fan bad but also that my hard-drive was about to fail. I am so thankful they were frank with me and they were able to transfer most of the hard drive information to the new hard drive. Reed ( an ACC employee) was so very kind and truthful with me. The laptop was quickly repaired and sent to my house promptly. I give ACC a FIVE STAR RATING! :)

I had a great experience at Arlington Computer Care (ACC), I brought my non-working custom desktop system in on a Tuesday and had it back home and working great on Saturday (it was ready Friday, but I could not get in). The repair price was very reasonable and though I needed a new graphics card Reed Harding told me that I could order one through their supplier or supply my own. I provided the folks at ACC a new card and they made sure everything was good to go, and off I went. I have found my repair specialists for any computer issue that I may have in the future. Try out Arlington Computer Care, you wont be disappointed!

I have been using Arlington Computer Care ever since I discovered them in back in 2006. I contacted them because my main work computer containing critical information died suddenly. Foolishly, I had no backup. They were able to get the hard drive spinning and recover my data. What a life saver. Since then I have become a bit of a techie myself and often fix minor computer problems for friends and family, but I still rely on Arlington Computer Care when the chips are down. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ask the right questions. They earned my trust long ago and I can recommend them with confidence.
