Try not to go the cheap route like I did because it will bite your ass in the end: I came in to replace a cracked screen and the rep at CellFix took it apart, spiderwebbing the entire front, then decided she didnt have the part to repair it. Gave it back to me and told me to come back in a week. I did that and they replaced the screen and returned it to me with dead spots, so I couldnt use the phone. I came back and they replaced it again. Again there were dead spots (but fewer than last time). I was told to come talk to the owner. But he doesnt return phone calls and when I did finally get him on the phone, he made arrangements to be available at a certain day and time for me to come in. When I got there he wasnt there. I dropped off the phone anyway and waited for a callback following the repair - which didnt happen. So I returned to the store four hours later and was told he hadnt shown up yet. I took my phone and left and got a refund via my bank. A few weeks later the whole front screen popped off of my phone - which is less than a year old, mind you. Now I get to buy a new phone for $600 and I have no recourse via Apple because this isnt an Apple store. Nice.

Take your phone to a more reputable place that has insurance, Cellfix Coppell does NOT have insurance to cover the damage they cause to your phone. this one sucks! Bad service, and they are rude and condescending to you. We took my sons iphone in on July 5th to repair cracked screen. They repaired the screen, we got the phone but realized the phone couldnt be charged. took it back and they kept the phone another 2 weeks claiming they were replacing various parts , but nothing worked. They wouldnt answer our phone calls or texts over the 2 week period, we finally called from a friends cell phone and got them to answer. We picked up the phone and have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed . Will share our experience with all of our neighbors and recommend NOT TO GO THERE. Update- they fried the antenna in the phone so it will not pick up our cell service and they are refusing to pay for a replacement phone since they do not have insurance.

I wanted to have them fix my t-mobile note 3. Battery not charging propwrly. They said they need to order parts. Said they would call me. They did not. So went in with my son iPad for a new screen and asked about the part. They said the wrong one was sent and theyd reorder. Came to pick up iPad and there was a HUGE bubble in it. No way they could miss it, but she had the gall to hand it to me as if it was done. So had to wait another day for them to fix it. Meanwhile kept asking about the new part. It has not come in and I have not received a phone call. It has been 3 weeks. Wont be going back.

Jim is known in the repair community to repair board issues. I took my customers phone to Jim for repair. He broke the phone. I sent the phone out to another company to see if they could fix the damage Jim has caused. They stated the phone is too damaged for repair. Jim admitted his fault but will not do anything to replace my customers phone. He also held my customer phone hostage and would not return the phone until several weeks. I wouldnt go here for any type of board repair. His knowledge is only Screen repair..

My job requires for me to travel frequently between Houston and Dallas and surrounding areas, as I was driving I stopped at a Gas station. Got out of the car, perpetual habit of leaving my phone in my lap, playing in slow mo i saw it hit the concrete floor. I knew i had cracked my screen, did a quick google search and found Cell Fix. Got my screen serviced relatively fast. They were professional and friendly, and my phone is good as new! Thank you!

Went there during business hours and it was closed. Called and no one answered. There was a sign on the door that said text a number for estimates and I texted it and no one replied. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to drop my device. Wont go there again bc I dont want them having my tablet if theyre too busy to even be at their shop or respond calls/text.

Jim is the man, this guy got my iPhone 6 Plus up and running in no time. I had an issue with my iPhone 6 Plus where the touch would not work. Apparently it was a design flaw by Apple. Jim fixed it in couple of days and it works great again. I highly recommend Cell Fix for any of your smartphone repair or other electronic repairs.

Was at a North Texas game recently and in my anger, smashed my iPhone. Go figure, hit me while I am down wont you Mean Green Eagles. Oh well, lucky for me, CellFix was able to patch up my broken iPhone and get me back to being civilised in no time at all. Thank you CellFix!

Phone fried itself they said they could retrieve data, paid them $200 they retrieved maybe 30% of photos but not one single contact, the contacts are what I wanted. Wouldnt take a play phone to them.
