Buyer beware of CPR, I think the reviews on here are fluffed! My bad experience. I took the iphone 5 in to CPR to fix a broken screen and my now recalled power button flex cable. They tried to sell me on a cheaper screen, they put it in and it wasnt clear but yellow. Wow!!! Then I told them to take that out and put a clear screen in, who buys yellow tinted sub standard glass?? When I get the phone back the phone is acting crazy scrolling by itself excreta. Wtf? And the speaker phone mic is dead. They blame the problem on a faulty mother board. HOLD ON... Everything worked and the only issue was the broken screen and the apple recall power button. Fyi I just found out the power button and battery was recalled by apple for my iphone 5. So I have a busted phone with a fixed screen and decide to make due until the iphone 6 comes out. Now I have to wait till October for it so I took it to another shop by my office. Show em the phone and $35 bucks later the phone works perfectly. What was the cause of the problem? CPR!!! They left out a screw that caused the phone to spaz out by itself now and then. The speaker phone mic is behind the screen next to the top speaker. When CPR replaced the screen they broke the mic. Its a shame that you take a phone to CPR to fix and it comes out with new problems. Then you have to go to a different shop to pay to fix what the CPR broke. The truth is that the phone is delicate and you can easily break it replacing a broken screen. But dont leave a customer high and dry ... Especially if you call yourself a iphone repair shop but when you screw up their phone and dont know how to fix the damage caused or willing to call in someone that knows how to trouble shoot the problem. Their excuse umm these phones are meant to be disposable.. Wtf??? Your in the business to fix them!!!!! Its like going to have your car fixed and they leave out parts or break something out of their own negligence and say "opps your car doesnt work go buy a new one". I am still mind blown that the fix was so easy... I saw them do it... They just put a new screw in that was missing from CPRs install, then they replaced the little cable that connects to the mic behind the screen. After seeing them do it it looks so easy to replace a screen Ill try it myself.

OMG!! This place is absolutely amazing! From there acceptance of walk-ins, anytime, to their customer hospitality, and most importantly their timely manner on repairs, this place is a life saver! They will pretty much repair any digital gadget, they are all about customer service, and making sure their customers leave happy, and oh my gosh, are they fast? My fiance went there for an iPhone 5 screen repair, and I mean his phone was COMPLETELY SHADDERED, not only was it completely repaired in less than an hour, it was a more than reasonably priced, and on top of all that, he now has a warranty for the next 6 months! My family and I will be taking all of my gadgets up there from now on. These people are great!!! If anyone is searching for any of the repairs they offer, which by the way is a very wide variety, you should with out a doubt, hand down, put your full and complete trust in these guys!! :) PS...These guys also sell and buy a range of digital life and accessories!!!! :D

Tremendous job! My smartphone was lying in puddle of pool water for quite some time before someone discovered it. It was gone- I could get no activity on it in the days that followed. All I wanted to save were my pictures. I took it to a different cell phone repair company first and they said- as soon as they heard water damage- it could not be fixed, nor the pictures retrieved. Before calling it a day, however, I took it to one more place- CPR Cell Phone Repair. Right away, they were hopeful and optimistic that there was a chance the phone and pictures might be saved. Josh got to work on it and within a day, it was up and running. Photos saved- and so was everything else. I did need to get a new back-light, as well as new camera because of the water damage, but its as good as new now. Excellent job, Josh. So very well done!

7/26/2015 - Buy BEWARE!!! I took my iPhone 5s in for repair; the LCD & Digitizer had gone out and my screen was flawless with zero cracks or breaks. The cost: $115! After the "repair" my proximity sensor didnt work anymore; thats the sensor that dims the screen during phone calls. I was constantly face mashing the mute/hold buttons making it difficult. To add to my "new" screen problems, the screen cracked after being in my empty pocket from rolling over from my back to stomach while laying on the floor watching a movie. I took the phone back within 36 hours of paying $115 to be told they wouldnt warranty it but if I would like to repair the screen again they would take 10% off. To sum it all up they use cheap parts that are not Apple OEM and dont guarantee their work! STAY AWAY.

CPR Cell Phone repair in Little Elm went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. My phone was no longer charging so I left it to be repaired on Saturday morning. During the repair my screen was damaged and only half the screen was showing a picture. Not only did they replace my screen for free the owner drove to several other locations to get the correct screen for my phone. My phone was suppose to be ready on Saturday afternoon but it took a little longer than expected to get the screen in. The repair technician Josh offered to delivered it to my home as soon as he was done but since their customer service was great, I declined. I happily picked up my phone on Sunday. I definitely recommend this location if you want great customer service and a job well done by Josh.

PLEASE DO NOT get your phone repaired here! the use cheep products in order to create a demand for constant replacements I dropped my phone 100x with no damage to the screen I had it replaced with at apple, no damage. when my daughter broke my phone I brought it into CPR and two days later it breaks in my purse in the trip between my door to my car! 100 down the toilet! When I got the screen repaired at an apple approved location I found out they damaged the inside of the phone when they replaced the screen!!!!!!!! Very apparent to me that they "fluff" their reviews (youll notice if you click on the reviews MOST of the people who reviewed them only reviewed CPR) Oh and the woman in the front office smelled something bad I threw up in my mouth a bit

Excellent and fast service. The tip of the headphone jack broke off inside my sons iPad, causing a major dilemma. I found these guys on line, and called before driving over, and I spoke with a really courteous, professional technician, who remembered me when I arrived at the store. It took less that 5 minutes for him to remove the broken off piece of the headphone jack, much to my sons (and my) relief. We had a quick chat with him and one of his co-workers before leaving and both were just great - I took a few cards and recommended them to some friends already. If you live in the Frisco area, and need some technical assistance with your mobile device, these are the guys to go to!
