I had my screen repaired about months ago. I said I would write a review because the service and outcome were both fantastic! I never did it. I had to get a refurbished phone due to another phone accident. The screen was not secured all the way around so I took it back to Xpress. The guy, I think it was the same guy from my first visit, told me he could fix it but advised me to go through Sprint. He told me if he fixed it, and he said he could for $30.00, it would void any chances I had of getting it fixed in the future. I went to a sprint store and within an hour I walked out with a BRAND NEW PHONE. I’m finally writing this review because I like this business. I like the work they do. I like the service. I like the way they didn’t just take my $30.00. I like the way they advised me on the best way for ME to get what I wanted. I went to the business to get my phone fixed after I viewed this review and the owners comment posted after it; ***** I find it suspicious when business have rave reviews only by people that have never reviewed before. Im not saying theyre not good, but Im not willing to risk getting my iPhone repaired by a place that does all of the reviews themselves. I am tired of businesses abusing public forums as a means of free advertising.******* I believe it was posted maliciously, possibly by a competitor, and wanted to post my own. If you need a repair and want it done right go to Xpress Cellular.

My phone was fixed before I could even flip to PAGE 2 of my magazine! My phone had been down for a few days; tried the Google-Fu and YT vids, but nothing was working. I accepted my fate of going to a big box retailer nearby, but LUCKILY found XPRESS on the way. I walked in, told CHRIS the symptoms, and he tried a few of the same methods. He said hed ask his tech to take a look -- and by the time I sat down in the (clean) lobby, and picked up a magazine -- hed already come back with the phone fully functioning! Bottom line: No cost to diagnose, No forms/personal information to fill out, The cause was disclosed and informative, and they were open before the big box retailers and authorized dealers nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND+++

4 trips to this store. 4 hours of my time. Two iPhone 7plus screen replacements. <----- Thats what it took for them to give me my 2nd defective iPhone 7plus screen. At this point, I have to accept that the screen will have weird lines all over it because the amount of time spent going back and forth is no longer worth it. The owner of the shop (short south Asian man) has twice expressed concern that the $140 I spent to get the screen replaced is allowing him to barely get by. He says the iPhone 7plus screen is the most expensive screen, but that is no excuse for a defective part and an unhappy customer. I would recommend another friendly neighborhood cellphone repair shop with a more experienced staff.

I went to Xpress because the mic in my iPhone wasnt working. The Apple Store made me make an appointment just to get it diagnosed. They just wanted to replace my phone and since I didnt have Apple Care and the phone was over a year old, that would have cost me over $100. I called Xpress, told them my problem, they quoted me a price of $35 plus tax and said it would take about a half hour. I arrived at the store and was greeted in a very warm manner. Their customer service was top notch. My phone was repaired in about 15 minutes and was exactly $35 plus tax. I would and am going to recommend this store to everyone. The staff there was very kind and really seemed to care about me.

Very nice business; I had an iPhone 4 with an issue with the screen. The phone had been customized and the service that did this installed the screen incorrectly, making the touch sensitivity non-existent on the top of the screen. I took the phone here and they had it replaced in no time and working perfectly. Not to mention, I dropped the phone off to be repaired in hopes to pick it up on my lunch break from work, which was the same time xpress was closing; the person running the store stayed open 15 minutes for me to wait for me to get there. It was HIGHLY appreciated. Great service. Great people. Very pleased. Do not hesitate to bring your device here. Thank you very much

I called last Friday to a place on Virginia Pkwy in McKinney about replacing the lense on the camera on my Galaxy. He instantly quoted me $129 for the part. I said its too much money thank you. I called a second place that said they did not work on Samsungs but he gave me the number to Xpress cellular. So I called them, first he had me given him the model under the battery just for verification; He looked at the part on the computer and quoted me $25! ( which thats what I was estimating from experience). He said that they did have the part in stock. I came in next day during my lunch and they fixed it in about 30 minutes. I am so happy I found this place!

Took my husbands iPhone 4s in because the at-home glass replacement resulted in the battery being fried. These guys were quick to diagnose the issue and necessary repair and order the part immediately. Unfortunately, their vendor never sent the part or responded. So, they order the part again from a different vendor and promptly fixed the phone. Once they replaced the part, though, they realized the speaker needed to be replaced, too, and ordered the part/replaced it at no additional charge, since itd been so long due to the falky vendor. Excellent customer service!

Very happy! I dropped my phone (iphone 5s) in the toilet and took it to them to try to fix. It was still working but glitchy and getting worse. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I dropped it off about 15 minutes before close and was able to come pick it up by lunch the next day. The $50 charge for fixing it was definitely worth not having to buy a new phone over! Everything works good as new. So glad I found this place and will definitely come here in the future if something happens to my phone.

Brought my laptop in to have the screen fixed a while ago and learned the hard drive had to be replaced,which I understood and was fine with,even though I was a bit irritated that they kept my computer longer than they originally said they would. What I didnt know,and no one told me about or fixed,was that my computer cannot be charged at all and has essentially become a desktop. I tried calling a few times but never got through so I gave up,but I definitely wont be referring anyone there ever.

Quick service. Phone screen seems to be an inferior aftermarket glass. Broke within just a couple of weeks. Tried to save money. I know better now. 5 star for service... 1 star for durability of parts (as compared to original screen). This was done for my wifes phone and not my own. I actually recommended this place based on the good reviews. I wanted this review to be a warning to them using products that arent of the same caliber as the original parts (aka cheap OEM parts).
