This is an exact copy of the yelp review I left on 4/30/14. I initially went in for a cracked screen and a 45min-1hr "wait"to four days and over eight hours of actual in store, keep coming back please, run around. They broke my phone during repair and even though they FINALLY replaced it, they are straight up liars. They tell their associates to customers one thing, and then when they finally show their faces (THE ACTUAL OWNERS) they lie and say they never said it. I KNEW I saw the owner (male) in the back but they refused to admit it. All because he didnt want to have to lie to my face. His wife FINALLY showed up after repeated times she said shed be there and still had to leave to get the phone her husband was supposedly bringing me and brought me a replacement phone. Every time I went, he or she or the apple store "had my phone". The male owner went so far as to send his associates home and lock up because I sat in my car outside the store even after they closed because his wife said she would get me my phone. I went to the shell across the street to wait for my husband to meet up with me and what did I see? About 30 minutes later (51 minutes total after closing time) the wife comes back and unlocks the door to let her husband out of the store she swore up and down to me he wasnt in. Super dishonest people. Im still floored that he was so much of a coward that he waited in the dark in his closed store to ride out all their lies. If they get five stars itd be for their commitment to ride their lies out all the way!! Saddest part for them is that they saw me come out of the store across the street before they both pulled off in each of their cars. I hate being lied to and out of principle, I wanted them to know I caught them in their lie. Yes, they EVENTUALLY made their wrong, right... But not until I stood my ground and held their feet to the fire when I was tired of being lied to. All I wanted was my cracked screen. Which I paid for before I realized they broke contents inside my phone and made it irreparable. Never again! 12/3/15 Update in response to owner: Youre right, I did wait outside your store for hours for my phone because I needed it to travel internationally. What you paid to replace my phone that your associates broke is irrelevant. Your response to my completely honest post is absolutely repugnant. Great job showing anyone reading this that you are a disgusting human being for bringing up my (now deceased) brother. Youre right, I did tear up out of sheer frustration from feeling helpless because all I wanted to do was drive to my brothers bedside, but I couldnt go without what I knew to be a reliable phone in the event of an emergency in Mexico. The cell phone you let me use in the meantime as a result of that, was supposed to be given back each of the times you said my phone would be ready, not to be taken and used internationally. Maybe if for whatever reason any customer is slightly considering going to your establishment even with a horrible 3 star rating, theyll see first hand why they shouldnt. Bravo. The nasty reviews left by so many others with your very general "please email me so we can work something out" to save face response are now obsolete. You are even dumber than I thought if you dont have enough common sense to realize that Im not going to get into my car at 7:30pm with my two year old (that was with me) and drive all night after being up all day. Not wanting to endanger my child doesnt make me a liar, it makes me responsible. It makes me rational. I do, however, appreciate the fact that you didnt deny any of my accusations. Im sure others reading this will as well. If you actually read my post in its entirety, youll also see that I did say that you eventually made your wrong, right by replacing the phone that you broke.... But I didnt mention that your wife handed and forced me to take an otterbox case I didnt like or ever use.

After calling the shop prior to me going in so that I could get a price quote, I was told that they were running a special on my phone; $175 to repair a broken screen on an HTC One M7 (the one with the silver backing and dual speakers in the front for those that dont know). I saw that they had a groupon online that varied the discount based on how much you bought in advance, so I bought that, took it in and this is where they jacked up the price saying that the special was void now that I brought in a groupon; it would now be $190 before the discount...Ok, thats fine, at the end of the day I am still paying less than the retail price; thats not where the torubles begin: When you walk in you are greeted by two girls. They possess kind of dumb where you wonder not only how they have managed to maintain a job, but how Darwinism hasnt run its course with them yet. Thankfully, they are receptionists and not the people working on my phone is what I tell myself. Maybe 4 or 5 days later I get a call from the store owner, Mark.He proceeds to tell me that they cannot repair it without potentially damaging the silver casing that encompasses the back of the phone and that he wants to proceed on my permission only saying that if he breaks it, then he will replace it with a used backing that they have that he claims to be in good condition. To make a 25 minute argument short, I told him that I came in and paid for a service that I was promised could be fulfilled--to have a damaged screen repaired, not to pay what is still a nickel and dime price to have you break my phone in another place while attempting to repair another part. Against my better judgement and dealing with a pretty rude store owner, I authorized the re-break and repair of my phone...low and behold, they managed to fix the screen and replace the backing of the phone with another one that they had. It didnt look bad until I went to activate the camera later that night. A camera that was not non-functional as it only appeared as a black screen. This was a fully functional camera when I had taken it in and it was evident that whatever they messed with putting in the screen and the backing they used, messed it up. The store owner wouldnt even come out to the front desk to talk with me like a man when I began asking questions as to why I was being handed a phone that wasnt reading the SIM card and couldnt pick up any service either (a problem that was again non-existent when I brought the phone in). He just sent his Darwin girls to run back and forth and make mindless chatter with me about my car while he fumbled with the phone for 30 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL FOR ANY PHONE

This business is a scam run by idiots. I went in a few days ago and purchased a phone charger. Before I purchased, I asked the girl whats their return policy and she simply said "if you dont like it you can return it." I thought perfect. I purchased the item and left the store. I tried the product and it didnt work the way I wanted it to, so I came back to return it. On this day a different girl was behind the counter and I told her I wanted a refund for the charger. She looks at me with the STUPIDEST face and says all sales of accessories are final and points to a tiny sign tucked in a little corner of the counter. I tried very calmly to explain the situation and and asked them why wouldnt they put that sign in a place that it can be seen easily, such as right above where the accessories section was and why would the girl behind the counter say to bring it back if I didnt like it? Needless to say, the original girl conveniently forgot she had told me that and the IDIOT manager kept telling me the owner wouldnt allow a refund. Its not about the money in this situation; its about doing right by the customer for a mistake an employee made. They couldve easily refunded my money and trained the girl again on their stupid policy. More importantly, put a SIGN above the accessories section warning customers that sales of accessories are final. Im sure they never will because they want to deceive the customer any and every chance they get. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
