This company is truly awful, from their internet service to their customer service. First of all, they charge outrageous prices for the quality of internet they offer. They tell you that you will get way more internet speed than you actually do. Every time we ran a speed test and every time it came back at under 5 mbps. Over 80% of the time that you are paying for this service- it just doesnt work. Then to top off this awful connection speed, every time you call you get rude people who try to talk over you and tell you that its a customer issue and not a company one- which is incorrect. When we cancelled our service, we requested a cut off date and the internet was turned off a full 5 days prior to that date. When I called in to point out that our internet had been shut off, the customer representative lied to me and stated that he could see our router working even though the network was not searchable on any of our devices. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars I would. **JoDell did call me and took information regarding these situations. She stated that they really would like to make sure these items do not happen in the future and that they value customer service. This certainly left a better taste in my mouth regarding this company.

I live out in the country. The only internet providers I could get until now were satellite providers. It cost a lot more than this service. They do not limit how much gb you get monthly. The people are always nice and helpful. I can stream, play mmos, and online gaming. I have been using this internet provider for over a year.

Invisimax has been a great option for us since we live in an area where other services are not available. Weve finally been able to join the streaming world with very few buffering issues. The couple of times weve needed service and support their response has been quick, friendly and professional.
