My 2006 Mac Pro wouldnt boot up, so I found these guys gave them a call and asked if they felt comfortable working on my Mac, they said sure no prob, so I went ahead and dropped it off. As soon as I got there they started telling me what the cause of the problem could be then told me it wasnt worth fixing, I disagreed with him and ask him to run some test and I told him exactly what I thought the problem was and then I left. He calls me back a day later and says yes it was in fact what I said (the hard drive wasnt booting the computer up) great! He ask me if I want to upgrade drives, yes so I gave the go ahead, he says it will be ready the next day. So I called back the next day to see if I could grab it and the. He tells me that it wasnt the hard drive and the mother board is bad and the power core is bad. What?? He back peddles on an excuse I went to pick it up he charges me $20 bucks, I took the hard drive to a friends ran restore disk in the utilietes and now the computer is 100% functional. So exactly what computer was he looking at and why wasnt a computer tech able to do what I did? He was a nice guy but if I ask you about your level of comfort on a type of computer and you respond no prob, I expect to to be able to do exactly what I did with out any issues. He obviously knows nothing about Mac desktops and I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone, I saved myself $1500 from having to buy a new Mac bc this guys excuse On why my computer wouldnt work sounded bogus and it totally was! Watch out for places like this!!!

AMAZING AMAZING! Its like having a best friend who also knows how to fix your computer. Turns out my motherboard was fried and when this happens thats it, your computer is done. I got a refurbished computer MUCH faster than my old one, with software upgrade, and THEY SAVED MY HARD DRIVE INCL. DOCUMENTS & PICTURES for total $ including labor a fraction of the cost of just a refurbished computer someplace else! I will never go to anyone else. They are incredibly fast all of this just took a couple of days. A couple of weeks later I thought it wasnt working and I took it in and he said it was just the cord to the monitor which needed to be screwed in tighter, no "diagnostic fee" or anything like that. ALL the reviews I see on here are 5 stars, when do you ever see that?? Could not more highly recommend, I tell everyone about A+ PC Depot.

This was the first time I ever needed to find a repair shop for my computer and I didnt know where to go, I found A+ PC Depot advertising on line and because they were so close to my home I droped by and I was treated so nice and the price seemed so reasonable I decided to go with them to remove a virise from my computer / notebook/ laptop. With in two days I was called to come by and pick up my computer, It was fixed and the soft ware was upgrated and it didnt cost allot and to top it all off all my personal pictures, videos, and documents were all still there. I was very pleased and I plan to go back in a couple of weeks and puchase a notebook from him to give to my daughter for her birthday too!! I totaly recomend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When my laptop decided not to start I decided to use A+ because of all the wonderful reviews on Yelp! And Im so glad I did! They did a free diagnostics check in a matter of 5 minutes, and had my laptop up and running in less than a business day! They explained the variety of solutions and pros & cons of each. Very honest business and they genuinely want to help which is really hard to find these days! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

my husband and I took my old laptop to a+ to install some ram( whatever that is) the man there was so professional and polite.. he told us that he would have my laptop ready in 2 days but to our surprise he called the next day telling us it was fixed. he told us that it also needed to be cleaned inside and he cleaned it no extra charge. He also sold us another laptop for our son..even gave us a discount..what great service...good going A+ coodoos

I love this place. I found this place a couple of years ago and have gotten help with a Laptop and today with a Mac. They have provided the best service and they have saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other places I tried. They have diagnosed problems and fixed them in record time and besides they go above and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend these guys.

WONDERFUL! I bought an iMac with 1TB & great programs at a VERY good price there. The hard drive stopped after a few months, but I wasnt able to take it in until a year & a couple of months after I bought it due to a broken shoulder & other issues. They took it in and replaced the hard drive for free, no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone. Very honest people!

Perfect place to go!! Both of our screens were out on our laptops and we knew that was going to cost a pretty penny! Found this guy on google and he gave us a very reasonable price and fixed it within 3 days!! He is GREAT AND very knowledgeable of what he is doing! So if your computer needs fixing I would strongly recommend you take it to this guy!

Excellent Service ! My computers had viruses and they fixed them. They are the most friendly people in Garland and the service was fast. They also sell laptops and computer accessories. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially of you need a used laptop or refurnished laptop, used computer, computer monitor, or anything else.

what a great company..the man Ahab was great.. He explained to me what was thew problem and what were my options before he made repair..After I picked up my computer he informed me he was able to make it run smoother and faster...He is right...it is so much faster...i recommend that every one should take their computers there for repair..

Great work, fast prompt service! They had my laptop screen instock so my repair was done on the same day. Other places quoted me $300 for screen replacement, I only paid $134 total for parts and labor here! I am very pleased with this service and would recommend them.

I got bad experience with this store. He took my money ($25) without checking the problem on my laptop. He said my laptop had the problem with the video card on the motherboard and I found out that was not correct. Do not trust this store.

Thumbs up! I had a notebook pc repaired there at a good price and it was ready when promised. Am still using it and do recommend this firm in case you need repairs; he also has good prices on desktops and notebooks.
