If I could give them a zero I would. There was physical damage to my laptop, the charger port was sticking out. I requested a repair and was informed it should be ready in one day if they had the part, more if not. When I dropped it off they told me it would be ready Monday. I dropped it off on a Saturday. No word from them on Monday, so I called Tuesday and was informed they would know within an hour of how long the repair would take and they would call me back at that time. Three hours later I CALLED them. They had still not done anything, but told me they would have it fixed within an hour. When I went to pick it up they charged me $120 just to place the port back into the computer. They replaced no parts and didnt repair the casing or damage. The computer still wont charge due to a faulty charger, not the damage to the port. The plug in is also still loose. Horrible customer service and complete rip off. Do not waste your money with this place.

My computer was dying, and I was about to buy a new computer, but I had a lot of data that I needed. My cousin referred these people to me. I went there with an intention to buy a new computer, but they told me that they can fix my computer and make it faster than a brand new computer. I didnt believe that, but after they fixed it, I was shocked by how fast the computer became. I recommend these people to everyone. Even if you live little bit far, the drive is worth it. They do their work on the same day. I brought my computer at 10 AM in the morning , and I picked it up at 12:30 AM. They really deserve 100 stars.

JUST HORRIBLE. Instead of repairing 2 keys that didnt function on my perfectly working 2013 macbook pro, they somehow managed to fry the motherboard and then swore to God they didnt even open my laptop. After coming home I opened my laptop and clearly it was messed up with(I even took a before/after picture). It had black burns caused my soldering machine(probably when they tried getting to the keyboard). My advice to everyone: save your time and money, DO NOT use their services. I can forgive the unprofessionalism, but I cant stand the lying(especially when swearing to God)

Used this business for the first time to repair a broken laptop screen, and was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Great customer service, updates on the progress of the repair, and a very reasonable price. I was even given a discount for being a first time customer. After being ripped off in the past by bigger businesses (like Best Buys Geek Squad), its refreshing to find a locally owned business that is trustworthy and reliable. I have found my go-to shop for all future computer issues. I recommend it, 100%.

I read some good reviews about these guys, so I decided to try them out. My ASUS P43E had a bad DC power jack. Total cost was $100 bucks if you took the laptop as is. Therefore I dissembled the laptop myself and just took the motherboard to them. That took the cost down to $45!! Kareim was a cool guy, and offered to fix the problem right away. He replaced my jack with a slightly different jack connector. Because of that he gave me a new charger.

These people are amazing. They fixed my computer in a very short time, and they are very cheap. My computer was dead, and I was about to buy a new one, but they fixed it surprisingly. All people in Plano should go to this store. They are very organized, polite, and patient. I prefer these people to everybody. Thank you for fixing my computer!

I had a wonderful experience with Modi who manages this repair center. The display and screen of my HP laptop was not working and I tried many places where the quote was close to $400. But he fixed my laptop with a brand new screen for just $170 and completed the job in an hour. Very good service. Love it!!!

Excellent service i took my laptop to frys they said it will take up to 3 weeks since i need my laptop right away i went to Laptopcare and the guy there fixed it in less than hour and explain to me everything he had done my hats off for the best computer place in Plano Highly Recommended!!!!!
