I took my laptop in a few weeks ago after suffering from several months of "will it turn on today or not?" Something happened during the upgrade to Windows 10 that made my laptop keep crashing and often times fail to even turn on. I often got messages of "no drive boot - press any key to continue" and eventually the blue screen of death following about a dozen pushes of any button. I brought my computer in to Raptor PCS fearing Id be spending a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed when I should in fact just apply that money towards a new computer. Turns out, for a very reasonable price and only a few days wait, my computer was fixed and it has been running as good as new for the past few weeks. Im definitely happy and would recommend anyone to check out this place.

Simply Amazing! I am a local business owner. I arrived on Monday morning to find our main office PC experienced a hard drive failure. I contacted Raptor PCS and explained my problem. Brock asked me to bring it directly over. The Raptor staff, confirmed my diagnosis, saved all of my data, installed 4 new hard drives, and reinstalled of of my software! Brock and his staff managed all of this the same day I brought it in for repair. The price was very fair and the service was outstanding. Thanks RAPTOR PCS!!!

Broc was up front with the costs and what needed to be done. I had a hard drive going bad. The question was it worth putting a new hard drive in a 6 year old computer. He gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision and no pressure either way. I will be back again and again.

The guys at Raptor PCS did a great job fixed my computer without a reinstall and it only cost me 40 dollars. best buy charged me 400 for the same service. Lesson Learned
