I googled PC repair and looked at the map and then at reviews. This place had awesome reviews, so I went. I built a gaming PC and a friend jacked it up replacing a part and the BestBuy GoonSquad couldnt figure it out and FINALLY I found people that really know whats going on with computers. Turns out it was an incompatible motherboard..(really best buy--couldnt catch that?) They called and kept me updated through the afternoon and had it ready and working bright and early the next day. I didnt feel over charged for stupid/simple things. Super reasonable price and quick/knowledgeable service..what more could you ask for!! Freakin amazing :) Definitely will be using these guys as long as I live here and they work there, lol. ps. Theyre nice too.

My screen on my laptop was cracked I called the store three times price shopping, each time I called the price was the same. I finally took my laptop to get repaired and Josh did a fantastic job fixing my spotted screen and the best part besides the great price, I happen to mention while on the phone with josh how my laptop was not holding charge, he offered me a spare battery he had in the back to see if it will hold a charge.... if thats not great customer service I dont know what is

Josh was the techie that helped me. Just incredibly competent and fast and friendly and helpful and .. This is your computer place for sure. Now all I need to find is a good car mechanic. He build me a fatalistic gaming PC from the ground up. Awesome. Just cant say enough good things. Most rewarding nightmare drive across DFW to get there I have ever made.

I dont remember the name of the guy, but he was extremely nice and honest. I thought my laptop needed a big repair but he told me no it just needs some screws that fell out. He put them in for no charge. Good to know there are still good and HONEST people out there. I will definitely return if I ever need work done in the future! THANK YOU!

Great Service. Brought my computer by in the morning, had a Solution in a few hours. Very honest and realistic about what was necessary to fix the problem. Did not try and upsell me on more expensive parts. Very impressed with the amount of professionalism exhibited and would highly recommend to anyone for their computer repair needs.

These guys do free troubleshooting. They took my $2500 system and fixed it for 85 bucks half he price of any other place. Turn out to be a bad SSD. Then later they fixed some other problems for free. These guys do great work and give you an honest price they will not try to get you to buy stuff you dont need.

I am so happy that we found this place! Our DC jack went out (a common problem we found out) and LapTek provided the quickest service for the lowest price. They are very laid back; no high pressure sales tactics. We will definitely go back to them if need be.

very honest guys...... they fixed my computer to honor their word 3 months after repair warranty. Very transparent, they will tell you exactly what they are doing on your computer. My total costd have been more than $300, they did it for free. Trustworthy.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. These guys are a bunch of cheats. They charge an outrageous fee for diagnostics and the work is slow as hell. I went to another place to repair and the work was cheaper and faster too.
