I have stayed home with my daughter for the first year of her life and was very nervous about putting her in daycare. I spent a very long time looking for schools and nannies. After finding TLC, I was sold! Every teacher and staff member is more than willing to help me in any way. I am able to view the facilities webcams through out the day and see my daughter in her surroundings. Everytime I look on the cameras the teachers are playing and interacting with the children, holding my daughter or teaching a lesson. The toddlers have activities all day and are continuously stimulated with learning, music, books, singing and dancing. My daughter is excited to go to school and always in a good mood when I pick her up. Because she is still learning to walk, she fell and hit her cheek. The teacher told the director immediately, who called me right away to let me know, and they followed my instructions to put ice on her cheek through out the day. Accidents happen and there is no way to prevent bumps and bruises when our little ones are learning to walk, but the staff at TLC made sure that even a little trip is treated and cared for right away. I also have very specific diet requirements set up for my daughter and the teachers have followed my wishes to the T. I have gone to look at the cameras and never been concerned with what I have seen. The director and assistant director have made a point to build a good relationship with everyone in our family. I would definately and have been suggesting TLC to other parents. The final deciding factor to enroll our daughter in TLC was because of the cameras, but we are keeping her there because what we have seen on the cameras and how every teacher has made a point to tell my daughter how much they love her and to comfort me with leaving her. My daughter loves all of the teachers and will come to them to hug them and has actually not wanted to leave with me because shes having so much fun! The entire staff is extremely accomodating and I cant imagine anyone having problems with this center.

As a vendor for these schools, I have worked with these schools for the last two years. As I own an educational business for children, we attend many child care centers in the Dallas Ft Worth Metroplex. I must say that TLC is one of the best, if not the best, facilities in this area. In my observations of the administration and teachers, this school goes above and beyond for the children. These kids can want for nothing and the teachers express their care and concern for each one through their interaction. They not only understand each little person is unique in their personality, but also in their skills. We provide an activity called, "Stuff n Fluff, whereby each child is given a stuffed animal shell and is brought through an activity of hand stuffing the animal themselves. Not only is this fun, but also educational. The teachers patience and willingness to help the children get the most out of the activity is unsurpassed. They love the kids! We enjoyed our time at the facility and spent alot of time at each facility due to the number of kids. BUT! Dont worry that your child may not get the attention they need because of the number of children. The classrooms have a sufficient number of teachers to care for these kids and the classes are not enormous. The Director of the schools Lori Stewart is not only a kind, loving person, she absolutely loves her job and the people she works with. If an outside party, who is objective in their views, has witnessed the care and love for these kids, I would say, there must be something wonderful going on!

Our daughter has attended TLC for 7 years (since she was about 3 months old). We have loved it from the start. One of the most striking features is that many of the teachers our daughter had as a baby are still working there. That tells me quite a bit about a workplace but it also tells me the teachers genuinely love the children. Our daughter is now in 2nd grade and attends some after school activities. She continues to ask when she can go to TLC again!

It looks nice when you enter, it is definitely clean, but the teachers and director are not very pleasant after you start paying for your child to attend. I could never get anyone to answer my questions (they were all very nice when I visited) My son acted like he was scared to death of his teacher and I have never had that problem at his new school.
