Hello, I worked there for only a short while. This place is terrible. The girl that trained me cleaned the toilets and then the sinks , then went into the kitchen without washing her hands and began to prepare food. Ms.Rebecca spoke horrible of the owners and Ms.Christy talked bad about all the staff saying they were lazy didnt clean up. They allow the staff to work without verifying trainings such as CPR, first aid,TB. They have an old toilet in the kitchen. The place smells of old socks because they only vaccum and not clean the carpets. The bottom.of the at area is full of old food and trash. Their turn over rate is super high. Ms.Christy daughter bullies the other kids and yells and screams and its looked over because Ber mom.works there. The toys are never ever sanatized. State can prove that. I have filed a report with The BB and will.update once I get that report. Dont let the fact that the place appears fun fool you.

Hate them. And my kids dont like them too. They saw there friends there, and they want to play with them. But they did not let them play with there friends. They told them you have to sit down and watch a movie. And my son told me the movie is boring. They let the kids watch a movie either they want or not, they have to sit and watch. And that is reduculase. And I have a baby. She is 16 monthes old and I called to make a reservation. They told me it is full. And when I get there to drop my boys. The infant room was not full. And when I asked her why, she said we dont have enough staff for this time. They lied. And when my baby was 9 monthes, they put her out with the bigger kids and one on the kids was going to hit her with a little car on her head. And no one was watching her. I am so glade that my boys were watching her.

I have used Adventure Kids probably eight times in the last five years for my two kiddos, always during the day. Its a good enough place in a pinch when your sitters not available or you just need help for an hour or so. My kids dont watch a lot of videos at home, so theyre always excited to get to go because they get to watch the movie. I agree that the staff are friendly and I also agree that they occasionally seem a little understaffed. I havent noticed if its clean or not clean. I did notice, when my kids were younger, that they often came down with colds after I took them there. But nobody got sick the last couple times - I just tell my kids to wash their hands a lot and dont play with the kids that are sick. There are a variety of things for the kids to do.

What started out as a nice place to drop your kids off for a few hours or longer has now become the place we will no longer use. It used to be clean but it is now filthy, especially the floors where all the kids run around in bare feet. But even more troubling is the mismanagement of the ratio of children to supervisors. When this particular location sees an influx of kids they have consistently (over 6 months of observing) been unable to bring on or anticipate their busy times, and so they become chronically understaffed, which has results in too many kids unsupervised. Unfortunately, when I have spoken to the manager, they just shrug and say theyre doing the best they can. Stay away from this place!!!

My daughter loves this place. We tried a similar place in Frisco a few months ago and my daughter hated it and would sob at the thought of going. This playcare is a completely different story! The staff is always engaged with the kids. They work with them on arts and crafts and always seem to break out the bubbles. My daughter usually comes home with a painting she cant wait to show off and a ton of stories about her "teachers" and new friends. She also asks for "play place" food on a regular basis. Its the first time Ive been able to leave my daughter with out any guilt. To her its the best day ever and I can get things done in peace, knowing shes happy and socializing.

This is listed as the North Dallas location while the Preston and Park location is considered North Dallas as well, listed as Plano. I made a reservation for new years eve and paid the deposit for what was listed on google as North Dallas. Upon checking my child in at Preston and Park location and mentioning I had made a reservation, they just confirmed and checked her in. Upon check out, I was charged the full amount where originally I was told the $25 should have been applied to the total. My daughter is a member of Adventure kids and been to many different location and the $25 should have been refunded by courtesy but it was not.

Worst place period!! When I Pick up my kids , my first Impression is this place is dirty actually filthy. The staff just sat there not engaged with the kids like all the other places we had before. My 2 year old had a full dipper and it was dry ***** that caused her to have severe redness and she stunk to high heaven!! Are you ******ing kiddn me ?? . Staff told the kids you can not play just sit still !!!! My 9 year old told me the staff was fighting on who should vacuum the floor!! The equipment is ripped apart . This is bullshit!! I gave one star since there is no 0. First and last time ever !!

Weve been to a few different Adventure Kids Playcare locations and wont be back to this one. My 4 year old son would attend here maybe once or twice a week over the summer and things seemed fine. In fact, he wouldnt want to leave. Recently, hes been bullied not once but three times now at this location as the summer is coming to an end. My son doesnt bother others and the staff at the location never seemed too clear about what was going on. The last straw was when he got bit on the back by another child and his skin was broken on the surface! We are done. Good luck if you choose to come here.

We drop kids 6 and 10 Years old around 8pm Friday or Saturday .. ALL kids HAVE to set and watch a movie between 8-9:30pm Friday and Saturday (that they already watched a million time like Bolt etc) kids cant play or move around... away to keep load work minimum and staff relaxes in the busiest nights of week. Kids get bored.... manager said state law.. ! What state law say a 10 years old has to set and watch TV from 8-9:30pm Friday and Saturday? ??

I agree that during the day is probably a better bet. We had a bad experience last night (Thurs). When we picked up our son (17 months) at 9:40PM he was not in the infant area (they were cleaning before closing) He was being held by one of the kids who was maybe 8 years old in the main play area. His diaper was soaked - he was there for 3.5 hours with 1 diaper change. We will be finding another alternative for date night from here on.
