My daughter attends this daycare and we have had a very good experience. The 2012 summer program has been full of activities and my daughter looks forward to each day. The school provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner which is great for my flexible schedule if I drop her off in the late morning and work late. My daughters teachers are great. Her teachers have been in the school for many years. My daughter jumps out of bed on Friday mornings because its splash day all summer long. The spring concert involved most of the school and it was great to watch and well organized. The director is very responsive and is available to the parents for any questions or concerns. Being new to the area, the staff helped my daughter adjust to the new school. She tells me how much she likes her teachers and she draws artwork to bring into school to show them.

There was no structure. You never know which classroom your child will be that day, which created confusion for me and my son who is 2 at the time.Due to the disorganized environment, the mornings were like starting to a new shcool with tears and "Dont leave me here" hugs. I can only speak for the teachers we had, which were really nice and sincerely cared for the well being of my little dude. During 1 year period we had a one health incident that I believe could have been prevented easily if the management take necessary precautions. My sons whole one arm was bitten by fire ants while playing in the school yard.

My son started with Bright Horizons about 2 months now. He is opening up and we love his teachers Ms. Taylor and Ms. Shauntae, they are great with him. He has issues with his speech but has flourished since starting here and is more social. Thanks for everything your staff and facility do for him, and you cant beat having a great hospital within walking distance.

What can I say - we loved this place! We tried two other local daycares that just werent the best before being lucky enough to nab a spot at Bright Horizons. They treated our boys with love and care. I cant say nice enough things and I recommend this place all the time.

Numerous safety and teacher concerns while my child was attending this school. Very high turnover, poor communication, unattentive teachers, several injuries without accident reports after requests etc...
