First day of school and this place has me very nervous. Im not the trusting type when it comes to the care of my daughter. That being said, I took the time to go to my daughters school just to watch and see when Kindercare would pick her up. School lets out at 3:00. The Kindercare bus didnt show until 3:25. The children have to sit outside on the hot sidewalk while waiting for their bus. Nearly thirty minutes of sitting there with no shade and a hot Texas sidewalk. So far, not impressed and concerned.

I absolutely love this daycare, and I am very picky about who takes care of my child. The staff and management are incredibly easy to talk to. My son has a great time every day and I never feel uncomfortable requesting things to be changed or looked into. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my kid, and I have never had an issue at this place. Not only do I know he is safe, I know he is enjoying himself, which is wonderful
