My child has attended for almost one year in the 4 year old pre-k class. Ms. Erica the teacher is wonderful, kind, and caring. My observations of the other classrooms and interactions with other teachers have been all positive. The school has excellent teachers who have worked there for many years. The facility is very open/transparent as well as clean. We transferred from another daycare and immediately my son felt safe and enjoyed going to school -- he strongly disliked the other daycare (Child Learning Adventure) because boys hit and teachers yelled - which I had witnessed too. Seay Child care has video observation in the classrooms which is nice to use the app to see what is going on during the day. we recommend this facility without reservation to friends.

Unfortunately, my 9 week old son was left unattended on the floor which resulted in significant injury. He was sent to an abuse specialist in Dallas to evaluate the injuries (they were concerned he was abused while at the Seay Center). Please, please get to know the teachers who are in the classrooms before you allow your infant to attend this (or any program). The teachers involved in my sons abuse are still working at the Seay Center in the infant rooms. The full information from the DCFS abuse investigation is available on their website. I dont like posting negative reviews, however I would be devastated to think any other child would have to go through what mine did. I only hope to save another child from the same abuse.

When my son was 6 months old, he was with 15 months old "walking" babies in the same classroom. Big long scratch marks on his inner thigh area - 3 times. I changed BM diapers. Nose bleed 2 times after snot sucker used by his teacher. Not enough snacks. CCTV camera is there to protect the teachers and not children. Parents do not wear shoe covers/walk barefoot even during summer times - if your child crawls, your child will taste sweaty feet.
