I very displeased with the office staff. I had visited the school on 3 different occasions to check to see if there was a spot for my oldest son. There was and I said I would call to reserve the spot once I spoke to my husband. I tried for 3 weeks to get anyone to talk to me or call me back. So I just went back up there and they said that they did not a place for him anymore because an Autistic child who "shouldnt technically be in the class" had been enrolled. I was surprised that they gave me that information, and didnt understand why the child wasnt "technically allowed" to be in the class. That was the Wednesday before spring break and they said someone would call me Friday or Monday and let me know. I specifically asked if anyone would even be in the office during Spring Break and they both said they would be there. So I filled out another enrollment card and never heard from them. So this week I called and the employee told me to give her my name and number and she would have someone call me. Never got a call. So I called today and when I tried to explain the director spoke over me in a very condescending manor. She told me that last week was holidays and no one was there. When I tried to say that she had told me that they would be she cut me off. The only reason I want my oldest to go to this school is because its so close to my office. I will not be inquiring again and I will make sure this review is seen publicly because if they cannot even call or be polite to a prospective parent how will they treat your children?

Almost 2 years ago, I was given the task of finding a school for my daughter. I was under so much pressure as a parent to not only find a school, but find a group of people to teach, love and help raise my child. I was surprised to learn that we could afford to send our kids to Sunny Days. The school is so beautiful and nice. Not only does Sunny Days care for my children, they set up a curriculum to enhance knowledge of every kind while incirporating the teachings of God. I owe so much gratitude to Sunny Days. The owners are there every day. The teachers are patient, cordial, loving, but I can tell my children respect them and allow themselves to be disciplined by the staff. My daughter was potty trained by 2 1/2. She has been able to count since 2. She can read, write her name, and sing many songs. I owe these accomplishments to the dine teachings of the staff at Sunny Days. I feel like there is always great and open communication. My daughter loves going to school. I am informed of her profess daily. I truly feel like my daughter has a better life since she attends Sunny Days. I recommend the school to everyone I know in North Dallas. Having my kids attend school there has helped my husband and I get to know our fellow Frisconians. All of our lives are bettered because of this wonderful christian establishment.

I just have to say, my daughter has been going to this school for almost 3 months now and I have seen such an improvement with her. At her other pre-k she was always fighting and she didnt have much to talk about when it came to learning and nothing came back home. With SDP theres always something in her folder, she is always bragged on, barely gets into trouble, and her teacher, Mrs. Cross is a very nice lady! The front desk people are so welcoming and the director is always up front when Im there saying hello to the kids as they come in. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking. Hours are great as well and theres not an extra fee for them to stay later unless youre there past closing. Thank you for teaching my daughter so much. She is teaching me things I didnt know about the Bible!

My kids never got the chance to go there, but my first and only phone call to them (because they wouldnt respond to email inquirys I sent...) was not pleasant. I was simply trying to gather info from as many preschools that would respond to me as I could. Very long explanation shortened, the lady I spoke to was rude, very short with her answers, sounding very uninviting to say the least. I actually ended our call early, with a "thanks for being no help at all" and hung up. Id heard the place was affordable, so I wanted to find out more. My kids now go to St. Philips Episcopal preschool, on Stonebrook. And thats where theyll all 3 go until they go to Kindergarten...its a great place with happy people and great teachers, from 8:30- 2:30.

Since the moment I stepped through the schools door, my heart has been filled with joy, appreciation and gratitude for each staff member I have met. I prayed HARD that the Lord would show me a school that would be everything I needed for my son. And of course He exceeded my prayers. Im truly grateful for you all and no words really explain how thankful I am for this school and the joy in my heart that my son is well taken care of and teaching him. From the moment I came to your school I knew it was "the one". Thank you for being patient with my son and me. And thank you for providing an amazing school for our little ones

I could never say enough kind things about Sunny Days... I know they dont have marbled entries and gargantuous sized classrooms like some of the new and fancy preschools out there, but Sunny Days has LOVED my children, it has NURTURED my children, it has HONORED my children, and it has TAUGHT my children some of the MOST important lessons in their short lives...academic ones, obviously, but more importantly Sunny Days has taught my three children about love and friendship, and most importantly about GOD! I can never say enough nor repay my gratitude for the beautiful gifts my children have received at Sunny Days.

I was at Grandparents Day this morning. I asked the music teacher the name of that CD that the kids love so much, but unfortunately I already forgot what she told me. Would you mind asking her and emailing the name to me. I just have to get one for McKayla. Thanks so much! And thanks to all of you and God bless for the wonderful job you are doing with those children – what a blessing to all of us families you are! Thanks again
