I bought an item worth almost $300 on eBay,my apartment door bell rings one time as Im sitting in my living room,it took me literally seconds to o open my door & this slim,long white hair lady is already down the stairs. She looks back at me with a "f*** you" expression on her face. The box was cut open as if someone tried to look inside,the sender put my item in a "HP All-in-One PC" box,the box said $50 Dollar US postage paid,there were maintenance guys working in the other apartment.... & still she just rushed off. To make things worse, I tried calling the post office, & they never answered.... very unprofessional!!!!.

Our delivery person notified Amazon that he had delivered 3 packages...not only did I not get them, he never delivered any mail for 2 days. Tried to contact Red Oak Post Office numerous times, no one ever answered! Not sure what the postal law is....but if your postal carrier has mail, does he have to deliver it that day? Seriously...that need some quality control! And....if he didnt deliver the packages....hmmmmmm, where are they?

Delivery driver is constantly placing mail in our mail box that belongs to other people. We also have had several packages not reach our house. I wonder how many ended up at others peoples homes and because of the value of the item ordered they decided to keep them. Use UPS and require a signature if you are ordering anything by mail. USPS in Red Oak is not dependable at all.

The lady (black, older, short hair)seemed lazy in a sense that she didnt want to do had job. Came here to intercept a package (just like I always do), because I needed the contents for school that morning. She said I would have to wait until my carrier took the mail out. Now Im sol on a grade that could of easily been made with that package. Never coming back if she is there.

I have had other people mail in my PO Box Ive had mail missing numerous of times, I called asking for my package and they told me that it was there, but it had been sitting there and they never put my package in my PO Box.... I was pissed, these bums are freaking lazy! And will not answer their phone, and it rings back like a fax machine

2 weeks ago a package became missing & could not be found, still missing but posted they delivered to my address ... now today a package came in the mail opened and contents were missing.... It is to late to Go up there and last week i never had time to make it up there & I have called this office numerous times! They do NOT answer!

Terrible service. Mail man constantly puts wrong mail in mail box, leaves the mail box door open, and even drives his truck up on the grass of my yard when he is too lazy to get out. I have called the post office several times they will not answer the phone and are only open on weekdays.

Our package had been incorrectly delivered to a similar address on the other side of town. We appreciate the fact that a supervisor picked up the package at that address and personally delivered it to our house within a few hours of our bringing it to his attention.

Worst delivery people. DO NOT BOTHER TO DELIVER PACKAGES, just leave note in mail box! If you try to call the local office, FORGET IT! THEY DONT ANSWER!
