This place is like home :). Ive done yoga in Dallas for over 10 years, and I can confidently say this is the most comfortable, welcoming, warm (not just from a temperature standpoint) studio I have had the pleasure of attending. The owner and all of the teachers are genuine and kind. They accommodate a range of experience levels. The studio is clean, bright and beautiful. I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood!

The instructors are very nice. The studio is very clean and nice. The teachers are great you will leave with a sweat. Went back to work drenched. They seem to have classes at 12 everyday which are perfect for lunch time but be prepared to sweat a lot.

Great energy and great experience. Different from other studios Ive been too- with natural light and no mirrors, witch I actually like. I would highly recommend to someone looking for a new studio in the North Dallas/Richardson area.
