Took my truck to this transmission shop back in May of this year I had a leak in my trans cooler lines got the truck back after paying over 500$ and the very next day the lines they replaced busted leaving me stranded on i30 I had it towed back up there they fixed the cooler lines again and I havent had any more problems with the lines again so far. Here about a month ago I noticed I had a tranny leak around my pan gasket so I took my truck up there and they said I had a leak in my trans pan gasket and a leak in my main seal and they would have to drop the tranny to do a full external reseal so I said ok go ahead and do it 650$ later I go and pick my truck up... "a month before I brought my truck in to eagle I had brand new wheels and tires put on" before I even walked inside to pay I walked around the truck to inspect the outside and the wheels all was good until I got around to the passenger side front wheel there was a HUGE curb rash on my brand new set of wheels where they test drove my truck after the repair and ran it right up against the curb and immediately I walked inside and asked the manager to step outside and look at them and he said "Im busy I cant Ill send another guy out to help you." This guy I believe his name was Justin took pictures and acted like he had no clue what happen or who test drove my truck took pictures of the wheel and said he was going to send them to the owner and they would contact me in a few days. I have yet to hear back from anyone and by the way my pan gasket seal that they repaired was leaking the day after they fixed it. So if you work hard for your nice things on your vehicle and like them undamaged dont take it here because they will surely mess them up and not take responsibility and they cant seem to get there repairs right the first go around.

I gave my Honda Civic Hybrid (2004) for repair. The transmission used to make noise and finally died on me. I had tried another place who put a used transmission but it did not work. I paid a small fee for their labor.I spoke to William at Eagle Transmission and he told me they work on Hybrids all the time and have expertise. He would review the car and due to the batteries keep the car disconnected for two days and will be done in 2 extra days. He told me upfront that the charges for a full transmission rebuild will be at a minimum of $2000 and could be as high as $2600 depending on the parts needed. This week they are supposed to have completed the work so by June 27th I will know where we stand. Thus far they have been courteous in replying to my queries and kept me with the latest. I have read some very good review and some not so good. I had decided I will write my experience after this process is done. So I will wait from rating till I have the job competed and tested. The warranty is 3 years 36k miles which I think is the same that the dealership transmissions promise...... Keep you posted. Thus far very happy. UPDATE:6/22/2014 - Today I got a call saying my work was done but there were to mounts for engine and transmission that needed to be replace if not the engine is rattling. Hopefully all should be completed today and I can give a status. UPDATE:7/11/2014 - Today I picked up my car. Part of the delay was in my being out of town. Plus the transmission and Engine mount needed to be replaced. Without these there is a lot of vibration. Honda parts are expensive. I test drove the car and it is driving very good. Eagle Transmission has 3 year 36K warranty. The people are professional and have done the job well and within the quoted price. I am happy with the service.

I have a 2000 Tacoma, standard transmission. The clutch pedal was a little mushy, so I took it in to have the lines bled. They convinced me that I needed new master and slave cylinders, which was ok enough, since Id bought it used and had never had any work done on it. $425. Truck was fine day 1 after that, but then the problem came back. Took it back in two more times, and finally it felt, Ill say, "much better" than pre-$425. The problem comes back four months later so I take it in and guess what, the parts I bought had a 3mo warranty. So they look at it, cant find anything wrong, and give it back after 2 days, saying theyd need more time (which we couldnt spare). We find a time when we can leave it and they keep it for 3-4 days, giving it back, no charge, saying they made "an adjustment" to it. Three days later, my wife is driving it and the clutch goes completely out, leaving her stranded at a busy intersection. They come tow it, and are having to replace the same parts they did a few months back, charging me $300 for labor this time (claims they went to bat for us and got the parts free). They never call to update you, we have to badger them to get any feedback. They said it would be ready two days ago, never called. I just called this morning asking what the deal was, and Frank still didnt know the status of it. A lot of run-around, and gut feeling is theyre squeezing me. I guarantee they could not prove any of what theyre claiming is going on. I wont be going back.

Came in to get a estimate with a working car, only a minor shift problem and it took 1 1/2 hours. After that he gave me his sales pitch, and would NOT give me a price. Not even a ball park figures. After i said no he tried to guilt me into it. I went to take the car back and it WOULD NOT GO INTO DRIVE! It had to be pushed. Only after that would he then offer to do all the work for 1495.99. Yet why couldnt he give this price to me before hand? ANY good shop will know if you drain the fluid out in a transmission that has problems already its almost always going to make them worse. Yet they do this in their Free check. I can only assume to make sure you come back or get the work done there since it just got worse. He even tried to use the cop car in the garage as a we do things right scam. Glad to see Im not the only one that caught onto this as some others seem to have on here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The tow truck driver even knew about them and said they are the worst and hes seen it many times.

If your having transmission trouble, I would take a HUGE pass on this place! The front desk guy Frank is Rude, Arrogant, and overall he treats people as if he were a bully! I could not believe he is an owner! He will definitely pressure you into doing work on your vehicle. Ladies beware!!! After it was all said and done, my bill wa over $2k! The repulsive news is when you receive your so called invoice! It included two lines of text stating the work done. There was not an itemized bill of the work done much less a list of parts, labor, or hours completed! I felt like I had just been scammed and with no itemized bill I wouldnt even know it if I had been! When I asked for a detailed bill, Frank said that corporate doesnt allow it in their computer program. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Buyer beware with this company.
