Had the plumber from their company come out to install a Sears water heater. After several hours of reading the manual, he told me my plug and electrical wasnt working. Called the company and when the "president" arrived he asked the guy reading the manual if I had signed the invoice and he told him no. He said then lets go. and they left. SUPER AMAZINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Electrician I was negotiating a bid from to wire a Jacuzzi the following week came over the same night and rewired. He said he would report the incorrect wiring to the board as he is required to do on other electricians. Called he company the next day to say I wanted reimbursement for the electrician and was told he would file a lien against my house and forge my name on invoice.

These guys are a rip-off...our AC had been out for 2 days and our home warranty service sent these guys out. They told the warranty company that it was due to lack of maintenance, the warranty told us that they would pay for the repair if we paid to have it cleaned. We are new to the area, so we didnt know the prices, they charged us $250 to spray the outside of it with some chemical and rinse it with the hose. I told him it seemed like too much, and he assured me that I just dont know the prices for San Antonio. I called around and no one was over $50 per unit! They took us for $150 more!! Stay away from these punks.

Horrible company. No customer service skills whatsoever!! Called to schedule an appointment early morning, agent said one was available for later that day, great right? Wrong!! Plumber was a no show!! H3 called to apologize and said I was scheduled for next day evening. Ok, next day NO SHOW AGAIN!!! I got a called and plumber again apologized, said he would be here the following day. I dont want to deal with this unprofessional company. Im hiring someone reputable!!! Stay away!!!
