The only reason this company is still in business is because suckers like us have home warranties that force us to use their services & pay them regardless. If your home warranty tries to get you to use Plumbing 3000, REFUSE & demand they give you somebody else unless you want an extremely unprofessional experience. At the very least, do not let them send Angel to your house. Angel managed to turn what could have been a very positive experience to a very negative one with just his rude, presumptuous, sexist attitude. If you want to know exactly what happens, keep reading. At first I was satisfied with the work because they seemed to find the problem quickly, fixed it, & had it moisture tested. It was apparently as simple as the previous owners of the home put the wrong bathtub spout. So they changed it out, ran the water for a few seconds, didnt see a leak, & left. They didnt caulk the bathtub spout, but he said that he was going to put in a request to the insurance company for them to pay for the replacement of the entire shower pipe. So I said okay & waited a week & still didnt hear anything back from them & the receptionist acted extremely confused when I asked about it & she said there were no notes about it. At this point I needed to free up my guest shower because I had someone coming over to spend the week with me so I couldnt wait any longer. So I caulked the bathtub myself, waited a day for it to dry, turned my bathtub water on & the water ran for 1 minute & then shut off. Everywhere else in my house was working, but no water would come out of my bathtub. I was a bit annoyed, but figured it was probably something very simple since the water was working fine before they changed the bathtub spout. I figured maybe they had turned some valve but then forgot to turn it back on or maybe the bathtub spout wasnt on all the way or something. So. I called the next morning to schedule them to come check on it. Well Angel called me & immediately began blaming it on me saying that I must not have installed the cartridge correctly when I changed it out 2 months ago and that I definitely did something wrong and that it was working fine when he left & that he ran the water for 15 minutes before he left (LIE!!) & that it was working fine. My husband was in the room with him the whole time & he only ran the water for 30 seconds max. If he were a professional, he would have just said that hes sorry that it isnt working, that it wouldnt be because of the bathtub spout installation, but that he will come check on it for me. Instead he is on the phone raising his voice at me & having an extremely bad attitude & unprofessional demeanor, saying that I messed it up, even though I changed the cartridge LONG before he came & the water was working fine up until the day he changed the spout. So Angel did end up going to our house while I was at work after his rude phone call with me. A few hours later my husband called me to update me on the progress. Apparently there was blockage in the pipes that was agitated when the spout was changed, which clogged the pipes. & please note, there was NOTHING wrong with the cartridge or installation, which I did all by myself 2 months prior. So as the cherry on top of this poop sundae, my husband was angry because of Angels sexist remark that my husband should get his dad or step-dad to help him take off the handle & bathtub spout to clear the blockage instead of his girlfriend. It is a simple task that I have done by myself before. Making it clear that he assumes that I am incompetent simply because Im a woman. Seriously? How unprofessional is that to make rude remarks about a clients wifes intelligence right to their face? This was a situation that could have ended with a 4 or 5 star rating, but instead, here we are with this 1 star rating because Angel cant seem to help being rude to his customers. For the sake of your company, get Angel an attitude change or replace him.

Landmark Home Insurance sent Pluming 3000 to diagnose a claim we submitted for our bathroom shower. Angel came to our home to diagnose the issue, he provided my husband with the diagnosis did not replace the shower handle fixtures he removed and the next day I received a call from Landmark informing me that the plumbing company had to come back out as the issues could not be diagnosed and that either the plummer or we would have to remove several tile pieces. My husband called Pluming 3000 back and asked why the insurance company and he were given different information and what tile needed to be removed as the insurance company could not provide us that information. The receptionist referred him to Angel who was very rude, my husband let him know he was becoming unprofessional without need Angel said my husband was unprofessional because he did not know how to fix the the bathroom issue. My husband responded that was the reason he called the plummer because he was not a professional in this area and let Angel know he would be calling his management. When my husband call the receptionist she said Angel was on a job and must have been irritated to get a customer call. The manager said he would send Angle to our home again. We were not interested in having him back. We called the insurance to inform them as well. To say the least, we were very disappointed with the service.

Do not let them in your house. We had a simple water heater repair. Plumber put in two elements and thermostats, stated that it was fixed and walked out. An hour later we have no hot water so we called and he stated "it was working when I left, call an electrician." We had an electrician friend come over and he discovered that the top thermostat was damaged and would not allow the reset button to be pushed in so the plumber never even checked to see if it was operational before he left. Our friend put in another thermostat and now its fixed. Then we discovered that the plumber had washed out his equipment in our bath tub leaving it filthy! Their truck didnt even have their name on it to identify their company! It seems like this company is the choice of the home insurance companies. Demand someone else!

I ordered a dishwasher at Lowes and Plumbing 3000 installed it. The two men who arrived were professional, courteous, friendly, very efficient and extremely careful with the counter, floor and cabinets while installing the new dishwasher. They were here for quite some time, because the tile didnt extend all the way underneath the dishwasher and the fit was extremely tight. They never showed their frustration - which Im sure they were experiencing. I found them to be exceptional workers and would use them again as a result!

Used Choice Home insurance who sent Plumbing 3000. The Plumber, Angel, mis-reported the issue so Choice refused to cover the cost. Then Angel quoted $1,400 to replace a water heater. Choice refused to pay due to the report by the plumber. Called a local plumber CULPEPPER ( outstanding ! ) Replaced the entire unit in 1.5 hours for $575. If Plumbing 3000 comes calling run the other way!
