We had our memorial service for our beloved mother at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on June 1 and funeral services on the 2nd. Prior to that,I requested Jason Montez if I and my family will be allowed to see my mother before scheduled services.Jason is very supportive,understanding,highly professional,compassionate from our initial meeting to the very end.Other staff also (Nick Tavarez) and the other ladies who assisted us that Saturday, the limo driver are very courteous,respectful and very professional.I am very grateful to Castillo Funeral Home and entire staff for helping us during this difficult moment. Because of his excellent service ,I highly recommend Castillo Mission Funeral Home .

I just wasnt happy with the staff here at moments. Well, the front. They were always laughing when you are mourning. Also, we were waiting on a projector and they didnt let us know that they were still waiting on payment. After we found out and paid them, they said 10 minutes to setup and it was more like 30. The rest was fine.

We worked with Imelda and she helped us and was so nice the moment she met our family. Imelda was patient with us, an had a great caring attitude. It was a beautiful service and the deacon was great. It was a beautiful facility and everything was lovely.
