This is the most disgusting business I have ever dealt with. Our company wanted to send flowers for someones mother and we found out on the day of the funeral. I asked the guy who answered if they would forward to the familys house and he said "Naaah - we dont do that!" I said, "Really? As much as you charge for a funeral, and you wont forward flowers to a customer?" He replied, "YEA! We charge A LOT and if you dont like it, too bad!" WHAT BUSINESS TALKS TO SOMEONE LIKE THIS?! He was an absolute low life thug and the business is just as pathetic. I have heard nightmare stories about them. Take your loved ones somewhere else if you respect their memory.

Went there a couple weeks ago. The guy seemed to be a lowlife. No respect for guests. Mid service he decides to open the exit door where the body is taken out from to let some people in. Then goes row by row telling people to move over, just like that. Not even a please or in a quiet voice. Its hot, small place and he was dressed as if it was a day at the beach very unproffesional.
