This place has been the answer to my prayers. Last Friday just a few days before summer school started, the after care program that we had payed for and planned on for over a month cancelled. Horrified I called every place in the area and was unable to find anything for my child. Much to my expectations my situation was met with a lot of indifference. The very last place on the list I dialed expecting the same. Not only am I greeted with a friendly voice, but, am called right back with all of the details to get her set up worked out! I get the feeling that people just like this great woman named Denise, do not even realize how much they really touch and assist peoples lives in these rare but gracious acts.

For almost four years, the teachers at Discovery World Learning Center have taken care of my daughter and in the last year, my son also. The staff take care of these kids like they are their own; everything that they can do for them they will do for them. My daughter is so far ahead of her peers because of the learning that she does here daily and my son is learning sign language now to help him communicate! The director is great to work with if anything comes up that needs attention and gets things done quickly as possible. Great place to have my kids during the day while I work.

My daughter has been attending discovery word for a little over 2 years and I wouldnt have it any other way! I am very happy with the center and the improvements it has made! The director is awesome and I can tell she takes a lot of pride in her center. All of the teachers are always very welcoming and sweet, and my daughter loves them all. I would absolutely recommend discovery world to anyone looking for a new learning center for their child!

I love this daycare, my son was at a daycare down the street and I pulled him out because of the horrible experience I had there. I explained to Denise the Director at Discovery World my concerns and she and her staff have been excellent. Mrs. Vangie the infant room teacher is awesome with my son. I have lunch their everyday and I witness first hand what goes on and I am very pleased. I totally recommend this daycare.

As a first time mother, I was absolutely nervous about who would be with my daughter while my husband & I worked. After visiting many day care centers in San Antonio, there was absolutely no question that Discovery World at Prue was the one! The teachers are so friendly, concerned and genuinely care about the children. My daughter has gone to Discovery World since she was 6 weeks old and has thrived.

Center is not a perfect center but its ok. My 1 rating came from daycare giving false information to other people about my child. I dont trust or like liars. If a daycare lies, then thats not a place for a child to be.
