Hello everyone I wanted to express my experience with this daycare, first I wanted to Thank Mariana for being a wonderful loving kind hearted person that she is. I first went there with my Niece and 2 Nephew I got from CPS and it was very hard for me cause I was starting all over again meaning all my kids where big and left the house. I told Mariana I work until 5:30 and I cant pick up the kids from school what am I going to do, Mariana said dont worry we can pick the children up. I was so relief and felt much better. It was 1 year and 3 month they were with me that it was time for them to go back. The staff loved them so much it hurt them to see them go. Then in mid October I called Mariana telling her I Adopted a newborn and he was 5 week old I wanted to see if there was any room for him, she said of course there is. My son has been going there since he was 5 weeks old and it was very hard for me to do that, I would call just about every hour just to see if he was ok, I felt that I was bothering the teachers but they said no I wasnt and that it was ok me for to call after they said that I felt at ease. My son is now 22 months and is still there. My son is Lactose in tolerance. They advised me that I needed a doctors note, I went to his pediatrician and she gave me the note I needed. I also made me a copy just incase the daycare misplaces it. Laura prepares there meals and is aware of his Lactose, I love that I can count on the staff there to make sure he is getting the right nourishment for his age. He loves going there and so do I cause the teachers and the staff are great. The teachers are always showing them something new, like songs, drawing art, reading. My son loves it when you sing to him. Thank you Mariana and your loving and caring staff for everything you do.

Brought my kids here for less than a month and an incident report was written because I picked up my daughter with a bruise on her face. When asked to see the video footage, they only showed us about thirty minutes of it. We notified the center that my daughter was lactose intolerant and they refused to stop giving her milk because they needed a doctors note. They felt intimidated by my husband requesting to see the handbook, which is a parents right if there are concerns. The director called me behind my husbands back to advise me that she was terminating my child care services because she felt intimidated by his approach to the handling of my daughters health. My husband also witnessed a caregiver hitting a child in the infant room with a bottle because she refused to drink it. We are bringing this to the attention of CPS, our local news station, local authorities, and hope we can inform other parents of the unprofessional behavior with the director and staff. There have been several complaints already made with this center that I wish I had known of before enrolling my kids. I am removing my kids from this center immediately and hopefully the director and staffing are replaced for the sake of our kids.

If you care about your children DO NOT leave them in the care of this facility!! I left my six month old daughter here for three days and will NEVER return!! After coming home with all four of my daughter pre-made bottles the first day I went to the director with my concerns that my daughter was not being given anything to drink, The director immediately attacked me for not trusting her workers and asked me to withdraw my daughter. After making it very clear to her that I wanted to see the video feed or I would report the facility to CPS, she showed me the video feed. In the 8 hours my daughter was left there in the "My Little Team Texans Daycare" she was never offered a bottle. The director refused to give a sincere apology and the same caretaker is still working in the infants room. Do not be fooled by the toys and nice facility !

This facility offers a great curriculum and individual care for each child. Sadly, the directors which have been hired in the past do not encompass the genuine love for this field of childcare as the owner, Mrs. Font, has entrusted them to do so. Ive been a regular at this center for years and Ive left my family and foster kids in this facility for the mere fact that the owners are very hands on. They go above and beyond to provide a safe and nurturing environment. The facility is spectacular.

The director is very unprofessional and rude. They closed the day care center on a Friday because THEY were having "staff development" and still charged me for that day. I had to miss work to get my kids from school UNPAID. My kids only went there for two wks. and never again!!! Think twice before enrolling in this daycare.

I have been proud customer of My Little Team Texas Daycare. Our oldest son attended here when he was just a little under a year. We currently have our soon to be 5 year old and 1 year old enrolled and they love going to daycare every day. The staff is awesome!

do not take your children here. they yell at the children, pull them, only give them water if they remember during snack time or when outside in the 100 degree heat. they move all the children around throughout the day, and misplace there things often.

They took great care of my three year old daughter, but the owner reveals personal information about everyone to anyone who will listen. Additionally security is an illusion. The staff is great. But dont trust upper management.
