I will never set foot in this salon again. I went in to get a hair cut and although Lucy was very nice and friendly and the cut was good, she recommended Id color my hair. I made a separate appointment that same day in the afternoon. When I arrived Lucy (owner) was not in, so her assistant got me started and I was told Lucy was on her way. Later, she put Lucy on the phone so we could discuss the color I wanted and gave instructions to her assistant. I didnt want anything fancy. Just color all over. Lucy never showed up. Her assistant proceeded to do the entire service and charged a little less than $100 for my hair not to even have my white hair covered properly. I called to speak to Lucy after but she still wasnt in. Her assistant took down my name and number and guaranteed me that Lucy would call me first thing in the morning. Well it is the next day 2 p.m. And still no call from Lucy. I will take my business elsewhere and dont want to even see or talk to Lucy anymore since she doesnt seem to care about correcting an error her assistant made and charge full price for.

Had my hair dyed and trimmed and it was really nice, her salon is cozy it almost felt like I was back home plus it smelled great! Loved the time she took out for me and my last minute decision to get my hair trimmed and I all in one day at a walk-in plus side... she does black womens hair well!

Best place in town! I have been going to Lucy for years and believe me this lady will take great care of you! Lucy takes great care to make sure you are happy and look great. Its rare to find someone that really cares about you, the customer! All of my friends also go to Foxy Lady!
