I went into Fantastic Sams after seeing the reviews online. As a mother that works full time, it was great that they encouraged walk ins as I never know when I will have time available. Today I actually had the time, I walked in as soon as they opened and was advised to put my name on the list and wait which I did. I was then told by the receptionist that the manager told her to tell me that they were not doing any color today and only cuts (i requested highlights and cut) as they had a feeling they were going to be busy due to school children going back to school tomorrow! I was in complete shock as they advertise color and I had called the day prior. My business obviously wasnt good enough for them. This military spouse will be going elsewhere and advising others to do so aswell!!

Avoid! I felt so unwelcome there. Five stylist were sitting and chatting when I walked in on a Tuesday at 2pm - they looked at me like I was breaking up the party. When I asked for a haircut, one stylist said "sign in" without getting up or welcoming me. There was nothing when I looked on the desk! She finally came over and gave me the sign in. After I signed in she walked back to her chair and looked annoyed when I didnt follow...without a word she looked at the chair like - sit down. Yeah...uhhhh...no thank you. I got out of their quick - there were just some bad vibes I was getting. Drove down the road to great clips and JHana was super :-)

Went to get my four year olds hair cut, with the intention to donate it to Locks of Love. The stylist was great and did a good job, however when it came to pay, I was unpleasantly surprised. Kids cuts are listed at $10, however I was charged $14.99, because, apparently, its by length. I dont recall it saying anywhere in the store that they charge by length. Also when inquiring about a military discount, which I qualify for, I was denied because I wasnt the one getting the haircut. I will not return to Fantastic Sams.

I went there the other day to get dead ends cut off. There was maybe 45 min till closing. The girl rushed thru my wash. Didnt use conditioner. Then rushed thru the cut. Its waaaay too short and looks nothing like what i asked for. And its not even. She was so concerned with getting off and now i look like a 12 tear old boy from the 70s. Smh

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The right side of my hair is choppy and horrible and the left is bearable. If I go back to get it "fixed" I will have to chop my hair off......not happy and will never ever return. Manager hung up on me...rude unprofessional.

I love the stylists, they are each talented, communitive and are very nice...my family of 5 always enjoy going especially on $2 discount Tuesdays! Jennifer is my stylist of choice and she keeps me edgy and classy all together!

WORST. HAIRCUTS. EVER. They messed up mine AND my sons hair so bad on 7/16/17 that we had to shave our heads because it looked like they didnt even try. AT ALL. waste of money and hair. F this place.

We went in to cut my sons hair LOVED IT so nice. And the next day we returned to cut my daughters hair and it looks Awesome! And my wifes all under $30 thanks
