I topically take my kids to a kid dedicated hair salons. Not because kids hear is any different but because the professionals and quality is. This place was horrible. Unprofessional and unable to handle a kids cut. I requested them not to use the clippers on my 3yo son several times prior to starting because they scare him, and that what the first thing the lady started with. My son freaked and became up set and would not stay still of the lady. Another stylist came over stating she didnt understand his proplem the clippers had a gard on them and wasnt herting him. She then said if he wasnt going to let are stylist use the clippers that basically we would have to leave. She then continued to expressing her feelings by saying I must have been forcing my son to have this done against his will and that he has rights. I was dumbfounded!!! Embarrassed!! Then shocked when they said I still had to pay for the service. I paid left and will never step foot in this place again!! I recommend that no one does!!!!!!

Never again will I ever go there! I thought I would take my daughter to get her haircut there, just because I was in the area , what a BIG mistake. I dont know the name of the lady who cut her hair, but she needs to go to school again! I asked for a simple bob and got something else ! My poor daughter looked ridiculous and I only noticed how bad it looked when I left. It was uneven with long pieces of hair, just looked really bad. I had to take her to my stylist, which I should have done in the first place and he even question her haircut by saying, where did you take her making a face because he knew she messed up! But thank God , he fixed it and gave her an awesome bob . And another thing, this place has no personality, its quiet and feels like your in a funeral, it needs new management and experience stylists .......

A place where it doesnt matter if you sign in, theyll service ppl they know first. This place is a joke and so unprofessional. This was a last resort place and now Ill never come back.
