After speaking with Marlena on Saturday 13 May 2017 at noon I was told this was a travel agency and that I could expect a travel agency concierge service and that I should come in to discuss. I made an appointment for later that day at 2pm and met with her. Immediately she pitched a website and packages called Gold Crown that are similar in scope to time share;weeks are offered and you pay $3k to purchase the lodging. I redirected her back to why I had driven here on a Saturday:which is to utilize their services for travel airfare. She said they do that too at deep discounts (25%) but was unable to show me because she didnt have the credentials. I would have to make another appointment. I then tried to re explain that I was looking for recurring travel between Cleveland and San Antonio and that if there is a discount while utilizing their service I would like to see the cost comparison. Again I was told this couldnt happen unless I came back or purchased the product. My suspicion is that this might be a good travel agency but I just caught them at a time when no one could accurately explain the travel agency part. At worst I suspect this might be a front for time share related products that are sold under the guise of a travel agency. I look forward to their response.   UPDATE: I wondered if perhaps there might have been a miscommunication. I emailed the company the review so as to let them know that perhaps there was an issue that he wasn’t aware of. He called me. After a lengthy phone call by the owner and apology, I was told that he/an associate would call the following weekend to schedule a mtg. Never happened. Again, suspicion that there might be something strange going on here.

Several months ago, I got a call about free airline tickets and a free meal, so why not? Now first of all I am a" hard sell" I had already made up my mind " aint buying nothin". So the wife and I went to get what was coming to us...wrong. We went through this presentation. love to travel, been of a few cruises here and there, but when they started talking about, saving money, free and discounted trips not only for us but my family, I said slow down you mean this can be passed down to my kids and grand kids? Well this isnt the best park, when I got home I asked myself what have I done, how did I put my guards down to this stuff. So weeks went by, months went by and I did my brother a favor and went on another " Free Presentation in Las Vegas" (Time Share, High Pressure, etc) The Suite were 4-5 star accommodations on the strip, WOW, the cost was also WOW, So when we got home I decided to get out my GLOBAL CONCEPTS contract out and look at it again real carefully. This is what I found out, We are already connected to the same RESORTS for a fraction of the price, same room, same location, we had made a excellent choice, I called the home office and they told me you ALREADY have access to ant RESORT in world(well almost)so I would advise anyone dont go for that TIME SHARE STUFF...go GLOBAL CONCEPTS and get it ALL.

Global Concepts worked very hard to find a place in Florida during the last week of January and first week of February of this year in the Fort Lauderdale Beach to Miami Beach areas. This is not the easiest time/place to find a reasonable property to rent with it being season in Florida. Global Concepts spent the last 2-weeks sending me several possibilities to rent almost every day. Not once did the staff ever make me feel like I was imposing, demanding or hard to please during this time - which is amazing in these days & times where it seems everyone wanted something yesterday !! The staff was always courteous, respectful and found the exact place I had been looking for in the Hollywood Beach, Florida area. I had checked all the hotel websites and could not find what I wanted. I also belong to a high profile time share company that I paid $20K - 3 years ago for the privilege (one of my WORST mistakes...) and they could not come up with a place for me to stay - and I had requested their help over 3-months ago! Global Concepts and their staff is competent and amazing - I just wish I had found Global Concepts BEFORE I wasted 20K on something I may never get the opportunity to use.... Thank you Global Concepts! Im so looking forward to my vacation in Florida.

I would recommend Shane Bohannans company to anyone. Stephanie Sanchez was our travel advocate. I have to say shes a gem. Ive seen other vacation package programs and none compared to global concepts. We bought our package just 2 weeks ago and used it this weekend. Just needed some rooms for me and my wife and her large family and a rental car. Called Stephanie told her what I needed and she had Jennifer Concienne make our reservations. About 2 hours later Jennifer called back with confirmations #s for hotel and rental car. You cant beat the price and quality of service. Shane told us we could call anytime we needed something and theyd take care of it. Hes serious about that called Stephanie about midnight and she took care of my problem. I cant say enough on how happy I was with our first experience with global concepts. I loved the rental car price, just wish Id been a global concepts member when I got a rental car in Myrtle Beach. Im already planning my next trip. A BIG THANKS TO SHANE, STEPHANIE, & JENNIFER.

This was my first time to use Global Concepts. I had a very difficult itinerary plus I had to make several changes due to family travel times changing. The staff was very patient and kind and Marlena especially was so patient with me. I got stressed and frustrated at times but due to no fault of hers. Ive never had a travel agency or other travel business where I could talk to the owner. Shane, the owner, called me on a Saturday (he was off for the weekend!). and I explained my difficult situation and he was wonderful! Gave me his phone number, called when he said he would and was always available. I was amazed....and so grateful! He worked my itinerary out for me so that I was able to use my complimentary tickets for my trip with my 101 yr old aunt and I couldnt be more pleased. You were awesome Shane and now I will certainly use Global again for my cruises, flights and hotel reservations. My family is grateful to you as well! Thank you SO much!

I have been using Global for about 4 months now. They are the bomb! Patricia has been helping this month with flights and not only for myself but we have a whole wedding party and guests flying out of the country. She is getting fantastic airfares for everyone, meeting all kinds of needs and doing it with grace and cheer. Several months ago Marlena helped us with another out of the country flight. She was also able to get great airfares and was a delight to work with. While we were on vacation we decided spur of the moment to hop countries for a few days so we called Global , spoke with Jasmine and Patricia told them we needed a place to stay told them exactly what we wanted. They had one day to find us a place, within hours they contacted us and had 3 places for us to choose from. They are an awesome team. We got the perfect place. I highly recommend giving this company a try. especially the team I have been working with.
