Our military group is planning a reunion in San Antonio. I called because I need help planning for lodging, transportation, and activities for this large group. I found out very quickly that AJ Travel doesnt help with transportation, cant suggest a bus rental company, doesnt plan outings - the unfriendly gal that answered the phone said they only book block hotel rooms. I called the next travel agent on the alphabetical website list and found Alamo Travel. Talked to a friendly agent who can help me with everything! Just what I expected from a Travel Agent Company. How nice. Hey AJ Travel, with the internet, anyone can do your job - for free! And were not subjected to your rudeness and short temper. Normally I wouldnt post something like this, but AJ Travels reception was quite unordinary and unexpected. Maybe somebody else should answer the phone.

Worst customer experience of my life. I introduced myself politely to an international agent who was already having a bad day with another customer and she calls me out for giving her specific info from my laptop? I explained that the info I had was in it in order to help her book my flight and she stated that I didnt need to come there and that I can do it by myself then. Is it not their job to serve the customer? We had an argument and all the other agents had their heads down in the office ignoring what was happening and couldnt direct me to someone else. This boujie place does not value customers time. The agent even told me "well we cant help you maybe you should go then" and talked down on me. Just go to Accent Travel!! They helped me out and made me feel better as a customer and put me in the right direction.

I have been using AJ Travel for several years for both my international business travel and my personal vacation travel. Dottie Benson, Travel Consultant, has always been my go-to as she has a magical touch when it comes to dealing with the airlines. She consistently performs her magic and obtains flights for my family and I cheaper than we can book direct with the airline. And she never fails to follow up if there are any unexpected changes made by the airlines. I would not consider any other travel agency other than AJ Travel. DK - San Antonio, TX

I used to book my own trips online but not anymore. I realized that they do not charge me anything to use their services. They get a commission from the hotels or cruise lines. I worked with Sheryl and she was very knowledgeable about my cruise. She helped me pick the best ship, sailing, room etc. Very good service & I like to help local businesses as well!
