Our agents at Crystal Travel worked with me to plan every detail of our 10-day trip to Peru. There customer service was fantastic and I would definitely book more trips with them in the future. For instance, we had to change dates and they were able to make that happen. Also, last minute cancellation by one of our trip members, which could have caused a lot of headaches for us, was taken care of by Crystal Travel so that everything on the trip ran seamlessly. ! We will never forget this trip of a lifetime! Everything went according to schedule and without a single hitch. Representatives at every location at the times stated met us. All our tours were private for our group and the guides were awesome.
