This is my experience first time here i showed up at 10:15 on Saturday i walk in they ask me if i have a appointment i say no i ask r u taking walk inns she said yes so i sit im the only one in their is two barbers with customers already i sit for about 1hr thru this time customers still walk in then one more barber comes in about 11am goes to the back eats breakfast for 20 min then comes out cuts ones hair that he knows and didnt have a appointment so i got skipped so i say okay then one more barber walks in and in 5 min starts cutting my hair i think this place is good just lacks communication alot because other walk inns were also getting impatient and some left but the best thing is get an appointment regarding walk inns well just risk it see what happens

I went out looking for a new shop as I am new to the area. After reading mixed reviews, I decided to check this place out and judge for myself, now I can add to the one star ratings with good reason. Absolutely horrible customer service. Dont waste your time or money. Very unprofessional staff. I called in advance to check the time, I was told walk-in werent accepted after 7:30 but if I could make it in before then that theyd help me out. I showed up at 7:20 and was told they stopped taking walk-ins at 7:00. If the shop closes at 7 it should be advertised as such. Its obvious the employees here cant wait to leave work and whoever is in charge doesnt seem to care about customers.

Best shop Ive been to in my life!! Hip hop shop, kept the music clean when kids came in, but still played some fire stuff, the staff isnt "rude" they are just brutally honest and real, I had to wait a little bit, about 45 min, but I was told that they had appoinments when I entered. Lamar gave me the best cut Ive had in a LONG time. Definitely coming back here for the rest of the time Im in San Antonio!

Been in San Antonio for a year now and this barbershop has not let me down. It is HIGHLY encouraged to set up appoinments to make it easy on you and the barber, which mine happens to be Lamar. They play good music and are well aware when to change if children are present. Dont get discouraged by the price, remember you get what you pay for and I have not been dissapointed.

1st time customer went as a walk in service was great atmosphere was sweet wait was a bit long but well worth wait Lamar did an amazing job I walked out of there looking like totally different person. Found my new Barber Shop will definitely return & will tell everyone about this place.

Very unprofessional staff called ahead time to see if I it was packed the reception lady told me "no its not" so as soon I get there no one greeted me and I signed in sat down and all the barbers there were either texting or sitting there or playing trashcet ball

This shop is chill! They never take anything serious, which is what I love about it. Everybody in the shop is family, and they treat all of their customers the same way. Make sure yall set appointments, and Im sure you wont be disappointed.
