I have been coming to this barbershop almost since it opened and everyone has treated me greatly but my last experience was the one that made write this review. I came in saturday morning and they had some people which is a good sign there was a barber who was free but apparently was on a phone call so he was taking really long to be available, no big deal if you ask me, but as a business owner and a person that has very little free time I couldnt wait so I asked the owner at what time did they close and he responded at 7 pm, so I told him Id be back. I was back at 6:15 there were 3 barbers available 2 of them doing nothing and the third one (the owner) was with a customer and even though they still had 45 minutes till close they said they couldnt help cause they were already closing. The owner was a little beligerant and even went on to say that he does not control the schedules even after he had told me in the morning that they were there till 7. I am a business owner and I would never let anything like this happen at my business I would definitely get if I had arrived like at 6:50 but they still had 45 minutes to go. Needless to say I am never coming back to this place not because they are bad barbers (they are actually pretty good) but because that is not the way to run a business.

These guys are really talented but they take WAY too long to cut your hair. If you are a walk-in be prepared to be in there for 2 hours. Most of them work by "appointment" only, but I tried setting up appointments before and they ignore calls/texts even after they provided me with their business cards. Even if they book you for an appointment, you still have to wait 30 mins. even if you get there on time. The haircuts are also kinda pricey ($27 for men). Like I said, they are talented but they have the wrong attitude for a business.

Definitely the best barbershop Ive been to in San Antonio, and Ive been to about 5 or 6. Dont believe me? Ive seen THE Tim Duncan at the shop a handful of times. That says a lot if a pro basketball player gets their haircut here. Nevertheless, the place is clean, the barbers are friendly, and the atmosphere is that of a barbershop, but a little bit more classy and modern feeling. I get my haircut by Zeph. Hes a good barber and never ever makes a mistake. I hope that this place continues to grow in business.

Came here thinking I was going to get a great haircut but no. The edge up came out blotchy and the rest was subpar and not so clean. For the price I paid I expected better.
