Great store, great concept and good service....what I didnt like was the $35 surprise that I got charged on the way-out. I only went in for a haircut. I didnt ask for shampoo. I didnt ask for a massage. I didnt ask for a hot towel. Was I suppose to say "stop! Am I gonna get charged for that?"? Wouldve I gotten charged more if Id accepted the alcohol offered to me? In all honesty, after pondering on my experience. I feel swindled. Not cool. I just wanted a haircut. All you need for a 5 star rating. Be clear and honest about what youre charging.

Honestly, it depends on who you get to cut your hair. The first barber was great. She knew what she was doing. The second barber left one side of my head uneven. If you find a good barber, always ask for them. You cant go wrong.

Its ok. You can have a beer while you wait and play video games for free. The atmosphere is very cool. But you pay for all that in the total and come out with a half decent haircut.

Front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful. Honestly (-2 stars) haircut is a hit or miss. Mostly miss.
