Rude and inconsiderate...we made an appointment not once but twice with the barber named Rico and he was late both times and didnt even apologize for being late on the contrary he got defensive! Never again will I go there or recommend this barber to anyone! I feel for the other barbers that are in there they seem pretty professional! Grosero y un desconsiderado...hicimos no una sola pero dos citas con el barbero Riico y llego tarde la 2 veces y nisiquiera se disculpo al contrario se puso a la defensive y a discutir cuando sabia que estaba mal!!! Nunca mas pienso ir a esta barberia ni se la recomendare a nadie lo cual es una pena porque los otros barberos se ven muy profesionales!!

My Husband and I moved here from Austin and his main concern was finding someone that can cut his hair. This barber was highly recommended from someone in passing. My husband reached out for a haircut and after calling twice on 2 separate days of the week no answer. My husband decided to come up to the shop and was able to get a hair cut as a walk in. Two weeks later on a Wednesday my husband txt to make an appointment for that Saturday and was told "if you are looking to schedule an appointment go to this website for now on." Customer service is a lost art and this proves it. Its not always what you say its how you say it that can make or break a PROFESSIONAL relationship. I have 3 sons that would have come to this barber and that would have been an easy $200.00 a month in his pockets seeing that the men in my household get their hair cut every 2wks. Not only did they lose money but they lost a positive review for their business. Be sure to look around for a barber that fits all of your needs before settle for someone that comes recommended. I wish we had read the fine print at the bottom of the recommendation which would have read " horrible customer service but can do a good cut"

I walked into Big Brothers at about 6:00 PM because I thought they closed at 7:00. Instead of sending me off, AP brought me in and cut my hair. The environment here is very friendly, and the barbers are professional. I am not kidding when I say that the haircut I got from AP was fantastic. Smoothest fade Ive ever had. I highly recommend this place.
