I hate this place I ask the guy to give my some a haircut a colm over and then when he is half ways I ask him on the prices on the wall it says $10 extra for edge up....I ask the barber its extra for edge up he said no its only going to $25 for his hair cut, we dont charge for the edge up on the hair cut...im thinking WHAT you should have told me it was a special hair cut then I would have gone somewhere else!... this place is a rip off!!!.. RIP OFF... come on $20 is already too much but to pull a stunt and tell me is $25.. he didnt tell me it was a special hair cut... "they should te you in the beginning!...i understand some people dont tip and thats why its high price but $25... and not tell me the hair cut my son always gets its a special hair cut and thats why you charging me $25.. when every were else is $20 RIP Off I give it a

This was only our 2nd time here. Skills are great. Mostly African American and Hispanic clients but some Caucasian. Was very pleased with both haircuts but today when we paid. I gave a 50$ bill and a 3$ tip. My grandson said he gave 20$ to another barber who I believe gave him change. He then gave me 7$ back, I reached for the 20 and he said no, the cut was 20. I was confused and said want it a add specialty cut and he said I did it for 20. We left, instead of paying more attention. He kept 20 and only gave me back 7. I have left a message but with no receipt Im sure I dont have much chance of getting it back, we wont be going again.

Everytime Ive been in there they guys are super friendly. I recently cut all my hair off. It was to the bottom of my back. They made me feel comfortable with my decision and helped me find the cut that I like. I believe Edward cut my hair the past couple of times, and I do have to say that he has talent. I have watched all the barbers cut though, and they all seem to have talent. I saw a bad review by a lady on here, but I personally have not one thing bad to say about this establishment. I will continue to use their services. Great job guys!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is probably the worst barbershop I have been to in my life. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because it was lunch time the first time I went, but the second time was no different. They have you sign in when you get there and you are pretty much waiting on a barber. So I waited for about an hour to get called up and nothing. Barbers are standing around chatting it up or playing on there phones. As a matter of fact I couldnt tell who was cutting or chilling. Never again.

Ive been going to this Barber Shop for a year already, since day one I myself have never or seen bad services.. Roman the owner always greets every individual that walks thru and helps his employees out with c.c transaction. There haircuts have always been on point with myself and my 2yr. Beverage are offered to customers. I complete u/stand why some ppl would be upset, but Im glad I have never experienced any bad experiences.. So you guys will continue to get my business..

Lets just say that this place deserves 0 stars guys in the shop talk with very little to no respect, the hair cut I got was way over priced 40 dollars!!!! The old champs was much better with the old group this new group of guys just flat out suck I never leave reviews but this place threw me off the edge I defiantly will never go back be going to see Marvin! A real barber, one who use to work there when they were a 5 star shop! NEVER GO HERE!

Recently hate it. I used to love the haircuts there they would give you an edge up and everything for a good price. Recently prices went up,barbers just stand and talk,and they stoped listening to my requests. As in today i showed them a picture of what i wanted. The guy clesrly had long hair but they cut so much off its just spiked up i cant comb it now. This wasnt just today its happend for like the past 3 times ive been there.

Came from California so it was my first day in San Antonio. Came to this barbershop hoping it was going to be good and by far exceeded by expectations. Amazing customer service and clean barbershop. Got my hair cut by Edward and received lots of great insight on the area. My son also got his haircut and we both walked out of there very happy. Definitely will be my go to spot from now on. Highly recommend this place.

I just walk out! I walk into the barber shop and saw about five barbers sitting down playing on their cell phones. No greeting or acknowledgement of my presence in the waiting area. It wasnt until I decided to walk out the shop that a barber came rushing to the front door to help me. Ill just have to take my business else where...

My default baber shop. Everyone here is friendly and actually makes you feel welcomed if you are a first time customer. Most patron are ex customers from On Point down the road. Champs is the polar opposite of the terrible service at On Point. Once you find your favorite barber you can set yourself up with regular appointments.

Love it here the environment is relax chill just like a barbershop is supposed to be like . Awesome barbers with great skills for any type of cut, complimentary drinks while your getting a cut or waiting. Overall a badass barbershop. Been going there since they opened and never had any problems
