I went to La Petite Academy to inquire about their services for my 14 month old son, and wanted to know if CCSD was accepted. The woman at the front desk name Mary Ann Navarro was very rude when answering my questions. The first thing she asked me was if my son was walking, and still on the bottle. I informed that he does walk, and only takes the bottle when he goes to sleep otherwise he drinks from a sippy cup. She stated that he is not allowed to have a bottle there as they do not have a fridge in the toddler room to store it, and that he can only have his sippy cup at snack time stating this was the only time. She told me that I could list the day care as my option, but not to count on a spot being available for my son. I understood this, but the way she was speaking to me basically made me feel like I was wasting her time asking any questions since I explained that I still had to wait for CCSD to let me know when I can start taking my son to day care. She then told me that if I had my ID she would take for a walk through. I went to my car, and I realized I didnt have it(I know not very smart). I asked her if my husband could do the walk through since he had his. She then looked at the clock, and with an attitude stated,"Well, the kids are napping just come back another time." I told her it was fine, and that she should not have offered to walk me through in the first place knowing it was nap time. I know the way I explained it does not seem that bad, but her demeanor and the way she spoke to me was very unprofessional in my opinion.

La Petite has been amazing for my daughter!! The entire staff is patient, knowledgeable and caring. The way they teach the students is awesome. The entire facility is clean and well put together. My daughter had a problem being left in the morning but each teacher has been wonderful at keeping her calm and patient until she got use to being there. Once my 2nd child is ready she too will be heading here as well. I couldnt ask for a better place for my daughter to be!!

This place is amazing!! They took care of both my boys since they were babies, we moved to Houston and was very sad we had to leave. They treated my boys as if they were their own!! I could never ask for better! Thank you so much Mary Ann, Maria, Maria, rosemary, and to everyone else who cared for my boys!!
