Do not bring your child here!!! We relocated from Miami to San Antonio. My son cried every day for hours upon drop off which any professional child care provider would know is normal in a child going through a transition. I received complaints every day from the teachers and the office manager, Kathy, who might I add is rude, judgmental, and condescending. The final straw was when Kathy pulled me to the side to insinuate that my son had special needs. My son has been attending daycare since he was 6 months old and NEVER had this problem. In fact, the daycare he was going to in Miami had trained, professional individuals who knew how to handle small children and all of their moods. Aside from not being trained properly in childcare, this daycare is messy, old, and dirty. My son lasted there 3 weeks before I realized he wasnt the one with the problem. He didnt feel comfortable here PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE HERE!!! Lily is unprofessional, unpleasant, and RUDE. I came to the daycare for a meeting with her, I was let into the front office, & right away it smelled of FECES. I was not greeted properly, and had to wait 15+ minutes to speak with the owner. The day care was smelly, old, and when I looked over there was a small child maybe 2-3 years old pooping on the toilet with the lights off + door wide open in the same front office room. **This place is unorganized, unprofessional, + unkempt!! I would never take my child here. Terrible management + ownership of daycare center!

The nurture and care my children receive at the Lilypad is absolutely amazing . My daughter started at 6 weeks old and now shes 3 in addition my son attends, he is 1. They have both gained so much from this school from education, social skills, to healthy eating habits with the fresh food options. The teachers have loved both my kids day in and day out even through a tantrum or two;) I could not ask for a better place for them to be

We love having our son at The Lilypad! Bringing him here feels like a second home and Its such a relief not having to compromise his health or go out of our way to pack his meals because nutrition is yet another thing The Lilypad goes above and beyond with. They make organic babyfood and homemade meals for all the kids every day! Its obvious the staff truly cares about the children.
