My experience with La Petite Academy was horrible. From the moment I stepped into the place I automatically had an ill filling. Unfortunately, every other facility in my area had a waiting list. Although I strongly disliked the place, I will say the director was helpful. At the time of enrollment my daughter was about 9 months old. The classroom is way too small for the amount of children being taken care of. The facility follows DFPS guidelines which is a 2:10 ratio. With that being said there was no play time or art time. The first day my daughter attended I stayed in the classroom with her for about 30 minutes to introduce her with the children. While in the classroom I noticed children were being ignored. There was a bouncy on the other side of the room in which a child fell asleep. The caregivers forgot the child was in the bouncy because its away from the main play area. My daughter hated the facility and would constantly cry every time I dropped her off-which by the way was not her normal behavior. She previously attended day care and never cried; however was no longer attending due to a recent move. Her food was never warm no matter how many times I asked the caregivers to warm her food. There was no crock pot, the only method I saw personally of warming up the bottles was from under the sick- which I suppose is fine, as long as the bottles eventually become warm. My daughter is now in another facility in which her and I both love. She never cries when I drop her off. I can tell she is comfortable where she now is.

Weve been coming to La Petite for two years now and cant imagine going anywhere else. When we moved to San Antonio, it was tough for me to find an environment I wanted our infant in that also fit our budget. After a handful of phone calls and visits elsewhere, we stopped by La Petite. The staff have been wonderful and when our second came along and was ready for day care, there was no questions about sending her there as well. The staff have always been open, honest, and compassionate. They share our kiddos victories and accomplishments with us. Ive got the most adorable picture of the little one from Christmas and our oldest loves to tell us about his teacher and sing songs shes taught him. Hes picked up on good manners, is great with his letters and counting, the staff have been amazing motivators with potty training. I really couldnt hope for better. A big thank you to all the staff at La Petite on Bitters!

I am so happy we chose La Petite Academy because our two year old daughter is having a wonderful experience, and the teachers are very nurturing, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff at our West Bitters Road location are very organized and provide structure as well. The program director is professional and has a positive rapport with the parents and children, always takes time to see if the children and parents need assistance, and she worked with me to set up the best schedule to meet my childs needs. The curriculum at La Petite also complements and reinforces all of the educational activities we are doing at home, so my daughter is expanding her vocabulary and social skills quickly, and she comes home happy every day. We couldnt ask for a safer and happier environment for our child. We give the Academy at West Bitters all five stars!

La Petite has provided a phenomenal experience for both of my daughters. From 8 weeks through school age, both of my girls came here and the oldest still wishes she could go back even though she is in 1st grade. My youngest takes advantage of the Flex Care program and still attends once a week since she is not in school full time. She also wishes she could be there more than anywhere else. It is so great to have a nurturing environment where the children are treated as children, not students. But, they still learn fascinating things they can’t wait to share each day. The entire staff is friendly and full of energy from open to close and the facility stays clean, which baffles me since I only have two girls and I cannot say the same for my home. I recommend La Petite at Bitters to anyone who needs child care.

I love the staff at La Petite on West Bitters SA TX because of the loving arms that always embrace me and my family. Its such a warm feeling that comes from these ladies and the level of comfort of having my kids there is awesome; futhermore, I feel right at home with them. My kids always so happy to be there and they have learned so much, my oldest son was diagnose with ADHD/ Speech delayed at time of attending there and was having such a diffcult time adjusting to some rules at daycare. Mrs. Patricia and the other staff members are so wonderful they didnt treat him any different and they did everyhting to accommodate his needs. I have gained another family!!! Awesome!! Since 2011!

I just want to take the time to give kudos to the staff and teachers at La Petite who are always so friendly and accommodating! My two year old loves coming to school every day and say tells me goodbye as soon as I open her door. She walks in on her own and that tells me they are doing something right and gives me a great sense of security. She started in the infant room with Miss Frances who is so attentive and loving to the babies. She has since moved onto Miss Jennifers class and is now in Miss Bobbies. All three have always greeted her with a hug and it is quite evident that they have every childs best interest at heart. Thank you for what you do! -Jessica L. Rendon

We have two kiddos there now at 2 and 4, both starting there as infants, and the staff has been fantastic. Our kids love going to school, and the teachers have been very understanding is helping us with our kids unique issues as they age. I dont say this lightly when I state that I do not have any apprehension in the teachers helping my wife and I raise our kids. The only negative, their parking lot is a rediculous situation.

We love this daycare. The teachers are so welcoming and genuinely care about each and every child. I feel safe dropping my girls off at the center. I looked at 30+ daycares prior to finding this one, so Ive seen a lot of the good, bad, and ugly. In the time that weve been there, the teachers are always smiling and so are the kiddos. We wholeheartedly love La Petite - Bitters Road Location!

Our son had an excellent time at La-Petite Bitters center Pre-K program. The staff here are very friendly and efficient. Loved the Precious Status updates during the day. Full marks to director Claudia and her team for the care they provided to our child. Keep up the great job....
