If you love your having bed bugs in your things and water damage done to the front portion of your belongs along with the worst costumer service, then this is the place for you. We had all our furniture professionally cleaned and cleaned all our things prior to moving in and we had our things in the ubit for a year. When we moves our stuff out last week we notice bixed had water damage and our sofas had bed bugs as well s the mass ammount of bugs in all our boxes and furniture. The customer sercice was horrible, we constantly got attitude on the phone (when we got a hold of someone) or no one was ever in the office. I will not be using them again.

NO ONE beats Uncle Bobs Storage (# 286 10260 Marbach Rd San Antonio, TX)! Secure, safe, presentable and convenient. I have used this facility for about 2.5 years. Its clean and its convenient for my storage needs. My 6x12 trailer is parked on the grounds which are spaced and maintained well. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I would definitely use them over all their competition. Did I mention NO ONE beats Uncle Bobs Storage (# 286 10260 Marbach Rd San Antonio, TX) Secure, safe, presentable and convenient!!!

This storage place is awesome! Its just a storage, yes but with great customer service. I moved and needed storage for my household, I came and found friendly and very helpful people. Service was fast and easy. They dont just treat you like storage clients, they treat you with respect and leave you with peace of mind for your concern in leaving your possessions in their hands. I love this place! Especially, Claudia Hotchkiss, The Manager who has been so supportive, professional, and protective most important trustworthy! Through out all of the 3 years, that I have rented with Uncle Bobs Storage, Claudia is an excellent employee and Uncle Bobs, needs to find more employees like her! She care s about her customers and knows how to listen.

The storage is fine. But since switching from Uncle Bobs, nobody seems to answer the phone. Ever. You can call all day during normal business hours and the phone just rings and rings. If you have any questions at all,you might as well travel from wherever you are directly to the front office.

Rented a unit 2 separate times with this location. Both times, unit was clean, access was pretty much unlimited, staff was great. Mgr. Claudia was always very nice and very helpful. If you need storage, this is a great place!!!
