Rented a 5x10 unit on Friday, October 7th and wasnt offered to view unit prior to signing paperwork. Loaded up moving truck Saturday, October 8th and didnt realize their office closed Saturdays at 4 until I arrived at 5 to unload the truck. Unit was way too small for my items, which I would have realized had I been offered to view it prior to finishing the paperwork. There was no emergency contact number, the 800 number provided was closed as well, and the office is closed on Sundays. Today, Thursday October 13, I received a call from the manager stating they noticed I hadnt put a lock on my unit yet and that they put their lock back on. When I explained to the manager that the unit had been too small and that their offices being closed on Sundays left me with no other choice than to get a storage unit elsewhere, the manager became rude and tried to turn it into my fault for not calling them immediately. She also told me I should have left a voice mail, but there wasnt an option to do so when I called the various numbers to try and get ahold of someone. If you decide to go with this storage facility, view your unit before signing your paperwork, make sure you pay attention to the office hours of operation and pray you dont need to make any changes after hours, and keep in mind there is no emergency contact and no way to get ahold of ANYONE after the offices are closed.

This is the 1st time Ive rented a storage and my experience with the ladies at Storagemart on Potranco was fantastic! Rose and Alyssa are so kind and helpful. They have wonderful customer service and make you feel like a friend! The space was exactly what I needed and the price was even better. Everything from the front office to the actual unit was so clean. I really feel like Im in good hands here! I would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you again ladies for all of your help!!

My 3rd time using their services. The staff is very accommodating, professional, and attentive to your specific storage size/needs. I always get super deals when I go there. Storage units are clean, and secure. I never had an issue there, and they even recognized me and remembered my name. Very polite, honest and wouldnt hesitate to go to this storage again. Highly recommended.
