The staff is very nice and respectful. Long story short, my son is a very active boy and does not listen well when he is in a new setting. I told them this and that they have to build a relationship with him. I was told he does not always listen when they tell him to come back from going in side the daycare. Was told he throws a fit in the van ride from school. I suggested having more than one person in the room to keep order. There was person watching 15-20 kids. It is necessary to have two if you cant keep order in the daycare setting. Eventually, I was given notice they will not watch my son, putting me in a bind. I am a single father in the military and that caused extreme conflict with my work place to the point I had to consider leaving that army and getting EO involved. It turns out that I am getting out of the army. From the day I was put in a position to come in to work late and not meet the demands of work caused problems from that point on. Even after finding a new daycare for my boys (one month later). If your child has any concerns in a daycare setting and doesnt listen well then I suggest find another daycare so your child does not suddenly get kicked out, putting you in a unfortunate position with work; your support system to provide for your family.

My 2 year old son was having his hair pulled and being pushed outside in the play ground. By what looked to be at the very least a 6 to 8 year old boy. The same boy also pushed over a slide and hit another younger child with it. Once again the same boy repeatedly slapped another younger child in the face several times. I counted roughly 18-20 children outside of all ages. Only one person was "watching" them while she played/texted on her phone. It took me to pull my son out to actually get her attention. She said and did nothing.

My kids have been with The Play house for the past 5year. We love the family that owns this daycare. The center is always being cleaned and the staff is super friendly. The only reason we left the center on Nacogdoches was....THEY OPENED A CENTER RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM OUR HOUSE!!!! Bonus! If they hadnt ... Id still drive out of my way to leave my kids in their care!

Play house child care I dont recommend no one to bring there child there . The staff do drugs and drink on the job. Been under a lot of indications
