Save your money and your clothes!!! There should be an option to choose a negative number to stars for businesses like this. I took my husbands dress shirts to be dry cleaned. The first time they returned them to me with broken and missing buttons, they said theyd fix it. Next time more broken and missing buttons along with a completely damaged shirt and a tie with a stain that I still had to pay for. When I went back to get refunded for the damaged shirt, they told me I had to go to another location to get the refund. I show up at the 13622 NW Military Hwy location, only to be treated with no respect. The owner stood there and looked me straight in the face after looking at the shirt and said there was no damage, Im attaching pictures so you can see for yourselves. He refused to provide me with a refund for the damage and was very rude. I should have listened to the review I read of this place and never have given them my business. I told the owner I was submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and his response was that he was going to embarrass me. What kind of owner says that and acts that way.

This place has the worst service in San Antonio. They ruin some of our clothes, did not follow through on promises, and gave us the run around. Their staff is unprofessional, and their management doesnt care. I echo the review from the other guy on here. Stay far away from this place ... another customer told us today that they always change their prices. This place needs to be shut down .... Go somewhere else and save your money!!!!!!!

Absoultely awful service.. Taking shirts back every other time. They ruined a brand new $60 and would only give half of what it was worth. Owner yelled in my face and refused to do the right thing. I will never use them ever again. DO NOT USE!

Destroyed my clothes, refused to believe they are at fault after I repurchase an identical piece and brought back in to show the damage. Pride Cleaners takes pride in deflecting responsibility and taking your money. Can I rate under 1 star?
