Hadnt used this cleaners for a couple of years because a $1.99 cleaners opned up very nearby. But, I decided to give it a try again and boy do I regret this. Dropped off one load including two alterations and had to go back 4 times for this single load. And, they lost a pair of Polo Khakis. I called the owner a couple of times and he has ignored me. I am out $80 and all they could say was that I, not them, lost the pants! Dont be deceived by the seemingly sweet older red headed lady behind the counter. She is sweet until they lose something of yours. Then, she becomes Trump-like and puts the blame on you! Unbelievable. I am actually considering filing a lawsuit because I do not know what else to do. It will be a big shame to file suit over a pair of khakis! Oh yeah, I was charged for an alteration in the same load even though they did not do the alteration! Do not use this cleaners or it will be a matter of time before you have a similar experience.

Everyone was friendly, clothes came out ON TIME (problem with other dry cleaners around the city) clean, pressed...two thumbs up from me! I cant speak for the alterations side...but I bet its just as proficient!

Ive used Rose Cleaners for all kinds of things ... dry cleaning, alterations, they give me fantastic service, they always have my order ready for me on time and looking and smelling great.
