The worst... Three buttons cracked on my jacket, they had difficulty trying to understand what an inseam of 32" with a 1" cuff was that they called me to ask what it was, and this was the "seamstress", after delaying, they still didnt complete the work. The woman who was there demonstrated the demeanor of a person who doesnt care and is comfortable doing so. These are not dry cleaning professionals but people who simply dont know what theyre doing or trying to learn it by trial and error, with more error, and could care less about how they represent the "Slater White" name. More than likely, the manager is an absentee manager leaving his business to amateurs who could care less and just collection a pay check. If not, he or she need to try another way to generate an income. DONT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS BUSINESS!!!

I went to pick up my pants and when I got home I noticed instead of 3 pair of dress slacks there was one pair of stained kahki shorts in between the other two pair of slacks. I promptly returned to the store and was accused of switching out the clothes when I went home. I asked the guy if he could at least look to see if their was some sort of mixup. He told me he was only a part time employee who could not do anything. I will have to wait until the manager gets back from vacation. My hope is whoever is missing their shorts will see this and maybe we can swap items! We are not the same size so I dont think you will be able to wear the pants.

Horrible!!!! Second time they have NOT had my clothes when Ive gone to pick up! Stressed to them that I needed it for travel and they promised they would find it and call me the same evening!! They never called!! POOR, POOR customer service...actually I cant even say they qualify for a customer service rating at all. The last time I used, they lost an item!!!!!!!!

Store manager quoted $2.50 per shirt for laundering 100% cotton shirts. Was charged more than $7.50 per shirt. Emailed owner & told to contact store manager. Talked to store manager & told that error could not be corrected without owner approval. Avoid this dishonest retailer.

Most expensive dry cleaners on the planet! I will not be back!
