Pressed shirts quality just ok. Customer service lacking. Also, if youre going to have an online coupon you should put that the online coupon must be printed and presented at time of service. I came in today with very limited time and a sick baby and she told me she could not validate the coupon that I was showing her on my phone although it said nowhere on the coupon must be printed. Very frustrated and will not be using your company again. I know its not her fault and she doesnt make the rules but save us all some time and frustration by doing things the right way so that we can do things the right way as well!!

Gave them 1 star because 0 wasnt and option. They put 3 holes in my husbands designer suit pants. After showing them the damage they refused to reimburse me, I also asked to speak to the manger several times and was left to leave a message on a random number...my 3 calls were never returned. Not only that but Lindsey was so disrespectful and ripped my incident paper in front of me before I was able to exit the store.

This place sucks. They advertise next day service, I drove all the way there and was told it would be two days for laundered shirts. They are not a cleaners, they send the stuff out to who knows where. I would avoid this place and their false advertising.

Shouldve read the reviews first! They lost my clothes, no apologies or help finding them. New to SA, first and last time I go there...One star is too high of a review for this place!!

I visited the location on Nacogdoches rd. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cloths came in as promised. I recommend this cleaners.
