Consumer Beware of True Green Dry Cleaners! We took a custom-made duvet cover for our oversized bed that was made of linen to have it dry cleaned and they laundered it by mistake and ruined it. It shrank over 12 inches on both the length and width and no longer fits our bed. (False advertising on their part for advertising NO SHRINKAGE) After submitting a claim and leaving the damaged duvet cover with them for over 5 months, it took over 5 months of calling bi-weekly to speak to a manager to hear the same update, that the owner would be calling me. Never happened! I finally had to threaten to get my lawyer involved to take them to small claims court before the anyone would call me back. It wasnt even the owner! The woman didnt identify herself and I honestly felt she didnt even care about resolving the issue. I expressed my frustration over and over and she repeated her offer of a store credit and wouldnt budge. It is an open and shut case of negligence on their part and I feel they dont even care about the mess up. She wanted to offer me store credit which doesnt really solve my problem of not having a bedspread that fits our bed! It doesnt replace the bedspread they damaged and is no longer usable. They were 100% negligent and didnt even care. Besides, does she HONESTLY think I would want to bring my dry cleaning back there after the way Ive been treated? With the cost of replacing the bedspread, Id have to bring my dry cleaning there for over a year to recover my loss. I dont think so! Id be careful dropping off anything valuable at the location on Hardy Oak/Stone Oak Pkwy. Worst customer service experience ever.

Manager fails to follow up with a reimbursement of a high end dress that they claimed to have ruined. Accidents happen but there has been no apology or signs of Interest. We have reached out to the manger several times but he cannot take the call or he says he will send us a damage report. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you coming here if you care about your clothing because they certainly do not here.

Nowadays, its just harder to find truly GREEN options; my concern is the environment and the chemicals my family can be exposed to after having our clothes dry cleaned; who doesnt? Unfortunately, Ive had a horrible experience with this company. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give them that. I had a dress ruined (cant ever get it back) and after 5 attempts to get reimbursed, I still have not heard back from them. It has been over 3 months and we still have no resolution.
