Can this be 0 stars? I called and asked if they did coveralls and what the turnaround time would be. I was told yes and by the next afternoon. I took them in, dropped them off and discussed with the staff that I knew they wouldnt come back spotless as they are stained and well soiled. She even commented on the odor. She filled out my ticket and said theyd be ready after 5 the next day. I called at 3:30 since my wife was out running errands and picking the kids up from school and she could easily swing by and get them. I was told they werent done because they were too soiled. Obviously this information wasnt new to the business yet I had to call to learn said info. My phone number was listed on the ticket yet my phone didnt ring. Now I get to stay out at the laundromat rather than eat dinner with my family so I can get ready for work tomorrow.

I used this place for 4 years. Then they lost 7 pair of my dress work pants. After over a month of messing around they finally said they would just pay me for them. They asked me to give them a fair value of what I thought they were worth. I was more than fair and asked for less than half of what I paid for each pair. Apparently that was to much for them and they gave me about 1/4 of what I paid for each. Not to mention the inconvenience of having to go and purchase new pants and not having any for a month. Needless to say I have not brought any clothes there since

I took a pair of dress pants here for dry cleaning, and when I picked them up, they were ruined. I asked to speak to the manager and asked him to pay to replace the pants. He sneered at me that it was my fault for buying cheap pants, and there was no way in hell he would pay for my old nasty clothes. I was kind of flustered and asked for my money back for the cleaning, at least, and he pulled it out of the register and THREW IT AT ME. I would have accepted a simple apology, but with that level of nastiness, there is no way I will take my business to this shop ever again.

They loss my shirt and said they would call me next day and give me a status, one week later and still havent heard from anyone. So, I went to the store and no one there could give me a status of my shirt. Ask to speak with a manager and was told Manger wouldnt return until three days later. Unbelievable that a business operates without a supervisor. Will never return to this cleaner again and will take the loss on my shirt. Awful, customer service!!!

Horrible service! Im getting ready for an important convention this weekend, so I sent in my suits to get dry cleaned on Tuesday. Received my suits in awful condition. Literally, it looks like they did nothing to the suits but make them worse. Waste of money! I could iron my suits myself if I wanted this type of quality. Take your money and time elsewhere. Bad service, and their customer service is below par for any decent work establishment.

I understand not being able to get ink out. I figured they wouldnt be able to but thought it wouldnt hurt to take it somewhere to have them try. it was just a few ink markers that they made worse with scrubbing. They ruined my jacket. Its snagged in three places and now noticeable...right on my shoulder. Couldnt be in a more obvious place. If you dont care for your clothes this is the perfect place!

Took my wifes uniform (Deputy Bexar county) paid and ask heavy starch. Wife picked up in her uniform and no starch barely looked ironed. Couldnt give her a refund or discount. Only gives discount to SAPD not othet Law Enforcement. There answer "oh must have overlooked the ticket" where it is circled Heavy Starch. Never again

I have been going to Maverick Cleaners for a few years plus. I have never had bad service...and my clothes are dry cleaned beautifully. I went to a few other dry cleaners before I finally went to Maverick. I am so sorry for those who had a bad time, but for all the times I have gone...Ive been very pleased!

My husband took his military uniform to get dry cleaned and pressed for a ceremony, and it looks the same way it looked when he dropped it off the first time, is like they didnt even touched it. We will not be taking our garments there again no matter how much money we "save".

This is a very good dry cleaner for the price. They only have messed up a couple of times, but never ruined anything.
