Have used them for a long time because quality of product is great however customer service is atrocious. Seriously considering using another cleaners if the service from some of the staff doesnt improve. 10/15/2015. I am changing my rating for the time being from 1 star to 3 stars because after I posted the above comment I got a call the next morning at 7:30a to try and make amends for previous encounter. I was very surprised and for the time being, satisfied.10/16/2015
