I used this Cleaners for almost a year without any significant issues. Then some new dress shirts were stained by an ink pen while being dry cleaned. After it was determined that the stains could not be removed, the owner (Doug Belvins) wouldnt return calls and dodged any contact by all of the customers that had their clothes ruined. Once I finally tracked him down weeks later, he claimed his liability was only 10%. Shameful... definitely not a business that you can trust!! He has two locations for Eldorado Cleaners (12355 Potranco Rd and 9055 Marbach Rd). Accidents happen... the choices we make after define our character (or lack of character in this case)!

I will never take an item to this joint again. I have been there several times and my shirts have never been returned without broken, chipped, or missing buttons. The disclaimer sign in the front states that they take pride in their "quality," but this is the farthest from the truth. The disclaimer goes on to say they arent responsible for broken buttons during their process. This is sorry and means they dont stand behind their product. I wont take anything to these people again. Moreover, the customer service is horrible.Good luck getting greeted or send on your way with a smile as the sour lady at the Potranco location I went to is VERY unfriendly.

I second the first review... I have nothing against the lady as shes always been nice to me, but my clothes(which are all $60 or more) ALWAYS have something wrong with them! And yet, out of my trusting nature I would still return every week, hoping the missing buttons/cuts/tears would stop, until this last time, a white Express shirt of mine came back pink... As if someone there doesnt understand the BASIC PRINCIPALS of laundry... Utterly disgusted... Im taking my business 30 miles away, but its well worth it considering how valuable my clothes are... Someone PLEASE put this business 10 feet under where it belongs...

Do not go here. We went because the location and it being close to our house. My wife and I dropped off some blues and ABUs to have rank put on and they gave us the wrong date twice and put the wrong size on after we reiterate twice. Gave them a second chance few weeks later with an order over 100 bucks. Completely screwed it up and refunded "cost of starch". What a joke. Dont waste your time or money.

This place is horrible took my bf Levis there and they were ruined. Overly starched faded and shrunken never again.
